BON
Hi has anyone had 'button problems on the Shotcope V3. On my new watch they just dont work, even after re-connecting several times, updating firmware and reloading app. Or is this some simple like GPS availaibility to start the round ? MattF
The buttons should work regardless. There's a pretty good user group on Facebook that may be able to help. Have you reached out to ShotScope CS? fozcycle 1 Quote In the bag: Driver: Darkspeed X 9° UST Mamiya LIN-Q M40X Blue 7F4 Fairway: Apex UW 19° & 21° Project X HZRDUS Smoke RDX Black 5.5 Irons: JPX 923 HMP 5-PW UST Mamiya Recoil 95 F4 Wedges: T-22 Denim Copper 48°, 52° & 56° UST Mamiya Recoil 95 F4 Putter Sycamore 005 Wide Blade Bag: Fairway 14 stand bag Balls: Chrome Tour Cart: CaddyLite ONE Ver. 8 God Bless America, God save the King, God defend New Zealand and thank Christ for Australia! Shotscope support has been awesome for me - reach out to them and I’d expect a response in hours fozcycle and MattF
BON
Thanks for the reply MattF. Shotscope did get back to me in 48hrs but with the suggested re-set and re-boot from the website instructions. Although I had completed these steps several times already without success, I followed them again but this time went a step further. The very misleading part of these instructions (which are on the website), is the phrase "Complete on boarding'. As I was not sure the watch was working, I had not 'Set up my Bag' with the tags and therefore did not want to proceed beyond this stage. As the phrase "Complete onboarding' didn't mean anything to me (or prossibly anyone else, other than in recruitment terms) I had not gone beyond the 'Tags' section of set-up. Now having done this (without setting up any tags for my bag) the watch appears to be working OK, although I have yet to check with GPS and course finding, etc. I would strongly suggest the phrase 'on boarding' is further clarified in Shotscope instructions and comments made about going beyond the tags section in set-up.
