  1. The user “MyGolfSpy” claimed that EVERY TESTER “recorded personal speed records”. After poking holes in Ricks testing protocol. No disrespect, love MGS!
  2. Ricks testing numbers, from his personal test of the stealth vs SIM2, are available to see. I sure hope EVERY member of MGS testing group’s numbers will be available for us to see. Showing the “personal best ball speeds”, Or their AVERAGE numbers of their run with the Stealth vs Sim2.
  3. Im thinking about making a purchase from intheholegolf.com but i have never used them before. Ive never even had them come up before on the googler. Anybody else frequently use them? Feedback? Are they still a MGS Sponsor?
  4. You could try sending an email and see if they could make you a longer one. Or see if the QA addresses it. Never hurts to ask.
  5. My next putter purchase will probably be unfit so i can mess around with rolling it from the other side of the plate….
  6. Like most people, i have a few putters. If im lag putting a ton or my putting stroke is crap, from lack of weekly practice, i will usually play a mallet. If my putting stroke is solid or i need to make 10’ers or less for up and downs, blades typically work better for me. I like messing around with putters and mixing it up, just for fun. But always seem to go back to ONE I WAS FIT FOR. Which is center shafted SeeMore M7X.
  7. Just think about it like a low launching PW??? I would think it would still work? +1 are you 6’9”?
  8. 14 way. Same reasons as everyone else has said.
  9. As previously mentioned, tour pros have thousands upon thousands spent on fitting a SC to them. They also miss the center by fractions, if at all. Your AVERAGE golfer, most people buying off the rack, cant duplicate the same putting stroke 2 outta 5 times. I play with 100+ Random people a year on public courses, non sanctioned. The very vast majority of people that i see rolling scottys, couldnt make a 6’ straight put if their life depended on it. The average golfers that can putt ok, are usually rolling something with forgiveness. The handful of scratch golfers that ive played with, are almost never rolling scotty’s.
  10. Picked one of these, lag shot, up this winter. 11 hcp. I like it thus far. Living in MN during the winter makes it hard to stay on a good swing, even with a mat and net inside. Aside from Tempo and “lag” it seems to help make other swing flaws easier to identify when “something is off”.
  11. So im looking to get a bag with more storage this year. I have been using the Sunmountain 4.5 Stand for a few years and love it. I dont carry my clubs anymore and never seem to have enough storage. I walk with a Bag Boy Nitron push cart 50% of the time and ride the other. Ive decided to get either the Sunmountain Sync or the C130S stand bag. Both bags have a big pocket where stand bags have the carry “back pad”, while maintaining the bag top orientation of a stand bag, preventing club heads from rubbing on shafts etc. There are virtually no reviews of these bags specifically. Do any of you have any insight or feedback to help me make up my mind?
  12. I watched a long drive competition with Kyle and Bryson. He makes Bryson look like Furyk.
  13. @Jay412 ^^^^this^^^^. no driver fixes a slice or a top.
  14. I would consider Kirkland DTC also.
  15. I “blind buy” cause im a 35yo child and golf stuff are my toys, and like a child i get bored and impulse buy. I do make responsible educated golf purchases occasionally though too.
  16. I dont “over think” it. Im not sure you CAN over think it. Smart golf usually leads to good score cards. I DO however frequently have a cluttered mind thats filled with fear and worry, which gets me in trouble . I think the “hit ball, find ball, repeat” method works because you are calm and not worried, not that you arent over thinking it. But
  17. I said it is DTC. Because we all consider Snell DTC and Vice, etc. Vice is sold at walmart for crying out loud. Maxfli is made for and sold by Dicks. Just like Snell is made for and sold by Dean. Its no different. And I would bet Snell has a store front at the headquarters too. FTR Snell offers a great product from a great company and customer relations are fantastic there.
  18. No different than the group of Claw Bras!!!!

    Arccos

Ive been using Arccos most of the season. Around 40+ rounds i think. Absolutely love it. Customer support is awesome when sensors fail, not to often. Shot tracking is great. Love that it scores my round for me. Love the stats. It helps show where my week parts of my game were. Its not always where you think it was. I can look back at previous rounds with out digging through a box of old score cards. Its WAY better for pace of play than comparable apps that require you to enter each club etc on the GPS location. I have not used any Arccoss competitors that use club sensors to compare too.
  20. I have an SC300. In hind sight, i would have gone Mevo or Rapsodo. I doubt the accuracy sometimes, especially inside. I feel like 10+ yards off more often than id like. But even when its reading “off”, could be in my head, its at least consistent enough to show me when im puring my shots etc. SC300 is better than nothing, but maybe not the best option in that price range.
