  1. I have 4 or 5 gloves and I switch between them anytime I feel they are getting damp or well not feeling great. I also have a Linksoul glove holder which really has helped keep the gloves fresh and better kept. I managed to go through this season without having to buy a glove at all which was nice and that included a fair amount of range time as well.
  2. What a course. Man I wish prices of golf here were in Swedens range. Almost makes me feel like a move could be worth it!
  3. Never played the t200 and therefore can't say one way or another. Maybe post or ask/tag the guys who tested the irons last year? Should note our membership is about 40k with our active membership being in the 2-3k range.
  4. I'm sure come release season there will be an official release from Wilson. We don't post photos of leaked products here, however I also haven't seen anything on the USGA confirming list either.
  5. Not going to lie i am looking forward to this one. What one do you think is the loudest and did they miss on one you think may have been louder?
  6. Although I agree it does suck and isn't fun to play out of the divot that is golf and the rub of the green. For all the breaks I have got for and against they all seem to even out in the end, so at least for me I will take my divot ball as well as that 10 plus foot putt for par make as a balance. For me we have way more issues with mud and just crummy conditioned fairways in low lying areas that cause more issues than divots.
  7. Maybe this is a good reason for the Swiss system? Or for much of europe where you need an official handicap to play the main courses. There are non handicap courses, but they are par 3 or short courses. Overall it is good for golf, it is unfortunate you have been put in those situations and as much as it is on those golfers to know better it is also on the courses and their staff to ensure that pace of play is acceptable.
  8. This thread was the lead topic in the Newsletter as it was bumped prior to its release. This is in part why we see more people come to the forum and engage in this topic as well as others that may seem odd. However nothing fishy going on here, simiply new or returning members who have experience with the ball or topic wanting to post. Moving forward I will have the newsletter posted on the forum as well so hopefully some of this confusion doesn't continue to happen.
  9. Since they got back from Canada in August he had certainly been mom's boy. Lys was the only one who could get him back to sleep, calm him and much more. The last week or so there has been a shift. He's turning a bit more to me for much of that especially during the day. It's a relief because it gives lys a break and him and i some more one on one time. Plus we have made a habit of him coming to work with me once a week or so.
  10. Thought it was Friday and actually is so Wednesday.
  11. Because of this thread I went and rewatched season 1 of NLU tourist sauce... As soon as these kids are old enough I am making it a go for it!
  12. This is a video i relate to. Obviously Matt's swing is much more polished and he hits the ball a mile longer, however I think it is a good starting point for what i should be looking to do. https://youtu.be/zo_d82wk1V4
  13. This is exactly what I noticed as well when I saw my swing on video, but I'm glad you mentioned it because truthfully I wasn't too sure. I'll do another set of videos later this week and hopefully get some more lower body Rotation.
  14. Titleist may have found the perfect sweet spot with the tsi3. I saw it compared to the Tsr3 and think I would lean towards the tsi3 or ts2. Sorry if I mentioned that earlier, but yeah it is a near perfect shape driver imo.
  15. Haven't had a chance to play much, however I did manage to get a quick video of some swings today. I wanted to have a more consistent angle for take away. I always felt like my right wrist was very bent. I made a small change at the range essentially with a slight forward press. This instantly cured a hook and I was then hitting pretty straight balls or if anything fades and the odd push. Was very new with such a slight and small change. I think this mainly just made me leave the club face open. Not entirely sure why, but it did. Anyway so a small focus has been continuing this and simply closing the face. I use to slice the ball then made changes and went to a draw or hook and believe my perception of the face being at target is actually really open because I was so use to over drawing or hooking the ball the face needs to look very open. Anyway I am happier ish with this and seems like it is working as contact as good.
  16. Got some better photos of a few of them outside during a quick little hit session. Love love the look of these more than I can even begin to imagine. Also very happy after hitting off a matt that the finish is staying and not going away like crazy.
  17. I am a lefty in all swinging sports. Golf, lacrosse, hockey, baseball, tennis except field hockey (they only make rh sticks). For me it isn't so much about the swing or pathing it is more about the eye dominance. Going from golf and to baseball to hockey all felt very natural and not all that different, however I can say I never played baseball and golf in the same years so that may have a part to play in it.
  18. The last week or so I have noticed a bunch of new names on the forum posting and participating which has been great to see! Just want to give a shout out to all of them who have and it has been great to have you interacting and posting in our community. We are glad to have you and hope you are enjoying your time on the MGS Forum so far! There are a lot of exciting things to come in 2023 for the Forum and we hope that all the new members stick around to see what those are! So thanks again and of course if you are a new(er) member and have questions feel free to ask in a thread or to any of the staff by PM! Mod Team
  19. I hope you bought a external hard drive for all the photos you will take! Have a great time and enjoy the golf and scenery! A dream trip that I could only with to do.
  20. I have 3 pairs. A pair of Adidas* and Oakley* which I bought in greece on vacation. Given the price I know they are fakes, but they are still polarized and nice fits. Then I also have a pair of London Drugs house brand (maybe razr?) I dunno, but they are easily my favorites. After years of buying good oakley sunglasses I finally went cheap and these have lasted just as long if not longer than any others.
  21. All my kit to measure SS is with others so have no way to accurately measure to participate
  22. Won't necessarily be pure Otto Phlex, but shafts should be arriving either Friday or next Monday. True testing season has begun!
  23. Happy to see everyone having fun with this! Maybe next year I will join in on the fun
  24. I haven't been out since my initial hit with it so not much to report. Life has been busy and weather not cooperating so still tbd! Glad to hear you are getting on well with yours. I think the biggest thing for me will be the sound vs the Tsi. The tsi sounds so freaking good and the PXG is much louder. However in the end it is pure performance that truly matters.
