Well i had a rough day at Omni on Amelia Island. Played from the tips at 6600 yards. Pete Dye is an insane course designer and this was my first experience playing one of his courses. It was tough. I had 3 penalties and landed in a bunch of greenside bunkers. I hit some really good shots but my putting was poor again and some of my irons were off which ended up in the water. All in all i say my game is trending upward like in the wrong direction. I think its time for a lesson to get things back on track. I believe this happened to me last year. I have shot 87 and 90 my last two rounds.

Son of a. I got a case of the September's... every September I forget how to play golf. Range session today was terrible. It's always great to play the last month of golf here like garbage, then you sit on it all winter hitting into a screen wondering if that is the actual ball flight...

Well i am driving the ball much better now i have gotten used to the Srixon. Before the TrueGolffit switch to the Srixon Z765 i was hitting about 265 now i am averaging 278 and my longest one today was 286....

Why is it that strangers in a public place feel the need to strike up unprovoked conversations??? Leave me alone. I'm here waiting in line (DMV) just like you and do not feel compelled to talk to anyone...ever...
 
Now don't get me wrong. I'm all for the betterment of the human race...I just hate people.

Ha ha. You never know. The guy i play like a 2 cap and kills rbe ball. Rarely hits driver on our 6100 yard course as he hits his utility iron 270  
But he can get crooked as well and shoot in the 40's. So i plan to just play my game keep it in play and make some putts.

Donated blood yesterday afternoon. Wasn't my first time doing it, but I ended up passing out and going into shock. Wasn't a pretty sight. They had to call an ambulance and I ended up in the hospital until midnight, getting fluids and hooked up to an IV. Turns out the level of something in my blood (hemoglobin maybe?) was very low and that probably triggered things. Good thing I had already planned on working from home today, but man I feel like I got run over by a truck. 

On their way to get married, a young Catholic couple were involved in a fatal car accident. The couple found themselves sitting outside the Pearly Gates waiting for St. Peter to process them into Heaven.
While waiting they began to wonder; Could they possibly get married in Heaven?
When St. Peter arrived they asked him if they could get married in Heaven.
St. Peter said, 'I don't know. This is the first time anyone has asked. Let me go find out,' and he left.
The couple sat and waited for an answer.... for a couple of months.
While they waited, they discussed the pros and cons. If they were allowed to get married in Heaven, should they get married, what with the eternal aspect of it all?
What if it doesn't work? Are we stuck in Heaven together forever?'
Another month passed. St. Peter finally returned, looking somewhat bedraggled.
“Yes,' he informed the couple, 'You can get married in Heaven.'
'Great!' said the couple. 'But we were just wondering; what if things don't work out? Could we also get a divorce in Heaven?'
St. Peter, red-faced with anger, slammed his clipboard on the ground.
'What's wrong?' asked the frightened couple.
'OH, COME ON!!!' St. Peter shouted. 'It took me 3 months to find a priest up here! Do you have ANY idea how long it'll take to find a lawyer?”

I also like walking 9. I was doing one range session and one round a week and was shooting about 6 strokes better on average than I am now. I haven't had a range session in almost 4 weeks now. I just assumed playing would make me better just as much as range time would. Apparently that is not the case.

I am with you man...shot my worst round in two years the other day need more range time and less course time...I think maybe a 2: 1 ratio would be good....I have even been thinking of instead of playing 18 once a week in San play 3 nines a week for less than the one 18 on friday..I would have to walk but I like walking 9
