I am going to suck for a while I'm guessing... But regardless, I can't wait. Fireinthehole Posted June 4, 2015 Share Posted June 4, 2015 Good luck with all the recovery. I work at a Physical Therapy clinic so I will emphasize Range of Motion, Range of Motion, Range of Motion! Work on that, get it back, its the hardest to regain if you lose. (All I'm sure you have been told). and of course, if you are going to Physical Therapy or have been given exercises, do them at home as well. When i shattered my left wrist, i had to rebuild all my hand strength and found the best way was to keep squeezing something. We shall see later on and tomorrow. Hit a few of them crisply, felt sweet.
