Mr. 82
"Mr Roboto" was never challenged on Sunday, so we had a snoozefest of a finish. Bryson now leads the Fedex standings and is in the drivers seat for the Tour Championship. Strong showings by Brooks Koepka and Tony Finau, as well as a Phil Mickelson sighting. I would say that Mickelson answered a few questions, and that DeChambeau and Finau made strong statements towards being Ryder Cup picks. Maybe I am spoiled, but I would prefer more excitement down to the finish where someone draining a putt on 18 to force a playoff or win outright makes for more compelling viewing. But there was nothing else on TV, so here we are. I was wishing someone would make a move, but they all kept falling off late in the round. I think the 4 CP's for the Ryder Cup are pretty set especially after this weekend. Phil seems to a figured out some things, but Bryson and Finau pretty much made the statement “pick meâ€. It looks pretty solid that it will be Phil, Tiger, Bryson, and Finau. GB13
I didn't find it boring at all. When it was down to a two stroke lead, it got quite interesting. I thought that Bryson won it and everyone else lost it. Watching Bryson stay cool and calm down the stretch was fun to watch. I enjoyed the intensity that Bryson brought. Also, knowing the RC implications, it was nice to watch BD and Finau all but secure their spots. tony@CIC
I was rooting for Finau to overtake DeChambeau but alas it didn't happen. Not a very exciting Sunday. fixyurdivot
Still not sure I want Bryson on the RC Team, as opposed to other options, but he definitely played this tournament/course well and kept his cool. I don't want to see him there either. He's a bit like Rhombo both have some growing up to do. GeekingGolf
I think he is amazing and was glad he won. I didn't get to watch it. Pretty mad about it. I just think what he is doing is pretty cool he is against the grain and yes he is fiery and young but man he works hard and I love seeing hard work pay off. He is one of the only players on tour that could potentially change the game forever with the one length irons. Sent from my SM-G960U using MyGolfSpy mobile app "Obviously my iron play is incredible, and when I get going I can get hot, but this course just fits my eye. Charli
I like how passionate he is. But I hate the announcers with the mad scientist crap. Enough we get it he thinks outside the box. Whatever, I'm sure he thinks about the same stuff every other pga guy does.
