2019 Stanley Cup Playoffs

Recommended Posts

I would love to see Boston get a leg up tonight at home. So far it’s been nice to see the underdogs play strong, hopefully they keep it going.

Wow. Has there ever been a bigger egg laid by a President’s Trophy winner than the one by the Lightning this year?

I can’t remember one getting swept in the first round.

Yea it's pretty impressive that they blew it that bad.

The Bolts not only losing but getting swept in the first round? WOW!

Pens got swept by the Islanders too... what is happening?!?!

Meanwhile, as a Devils fan I’m focusing on who we will take with the number one pick 🧐

The jackets didn't blow it and the pens got shut down!!! As a die hard pens hater that made my year!!!!!!!!!!

The top seeds in both conferences are out! Is it going to be Columbus vs Colorado in the finals? 8 vs 8?

Yup. They deserved it though. Couldn’t hold a lead and looked lethargic all series. Going to be some big changes this offseason.

Think it all depends on what changes you’re referring too. Malkin, Letang, Sid and Murray will stay. But I think Kessel, Maatta and Hornqvist could go.

Not having a team in the playoffs has been pretty nice. Although I wish I could watch the Wings.

I have really been enjoying watching these playoff games. The hockey being played had been excellent. These first few games of the second round have been superb to watch. I love hockey and this has been fun to watch. I hope y’all are enjoying it as much as I am.

I’d  like to see Carolina, NYI, or CBJ win it all. They’ve been fun to watch.

Haha. I had this thought too. I'm a die hard Pens fan...but with them getting out in the first round..it's amazing how less stressed I am lol. And it has been some good hockey to watch.  With the teams left, I can't really think of any that I wouldn't want to win the cup. Maybe CBJ...but even then I wouldn't mind them.

Torts can keep them motivated. They have a solid team top to bottom and they have some great chemistry.

I tell you what, Carolina is playing really good hockey, 2 wins in round 2 on the road after beating the Caps. Even with Mracek out, they are still playing as a team and doing well. They are playing like they want the cup.

And the Bruins shrug off a fluke goal that shouldn't have counted but NHL rules are dumb, and tie up the series at 2 apiece.

Back to Boston!

B's now up 3-2. Game 6 is going to be an all-out battle, that's for sure.

And how about those 'Canes??????

Tuukka is locked in. Every year there’s always one goalie who plays out of his mind and the team only needs to score one, maybe two goals to win.

I’m going for both underdogs. The Blues, and the Bunch of Jerks. The playoffs have been very good this season. The next 3 series should be no exception, 4 teams playin good hockey, should be fun to watch.

I''m going for Sharks , hoping for Joe to finally get a cup.   But I am really rooting for the Hurricanes,  hard to not like what they have going on there.   Bunch of Jerks is classic.

Bruins with the big ol' SWEEP of the Carolina Hurricanes.

It's just like when they were still in Hartford. Love it.

BRING ON THE CUP!
