A Mizuno Mystery (looking for info about two models late 1990s / early 2000s)

Is anyone an expert on older Mizuno gear? I picked up a couple sets of Mizuno irons, woods, bags, and other things from an estate sale. They are from the late 1990s/early 2000s and in exceptional condition. However, unlike most Mizuno models, they do not have the usual letter/number designation, and even the Mizuno page of "all" of their iron sets does not list them. I searched online and on this and other golf forums and found very little information. I want to learn what their story is and when they were made. One model is "Cimarron" (with a red painted logo). The other model is "Champion Flag-L." I have several photos, but I'll just post two to show the heads. I've hit the 5,6,7 Cimarrons at the range and they are freakin' sweet. The Champion Flag-L set is nearly unplayed and in fantastic shape (most of them still have the flimsy "made in Japan" sticker on them), so I'm not inclined to mess them up just yet.

The Cimarron's are from the mid 80's I believe.  That is about all I know about them.

Never heard of or seen the Champion Flag-L irons though

Tony is the expert here (Golfspy T) but doesn't really ever come on the forums anymore.  You should try posting on X (twitter) and tag him there to see if he responds.
