I went to the TMAG website and selected the Contact info. Then I emailed their Custmer Support and described what had/had not happened. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner! I received an email from Taylormade....."I will send you a dozen Project (a) golf balls. We apologize for the inconvenience. Some of the sign ups didn't get processed correctly through our fulfillment center."
