Today I'm going to go with good afternoon everyone! It's Tuesday and I sat in the car this morning drinking coffee, listening to podcasts, and tried not to pass back out. Tuesday's have that effect on me. I get home from work and its beautiful outside, 75 and sunny. I thought about going to the range, but I had a meeting at work that went a little longer than expected.
I hope you all have had a wonderful day.

Forgot to mention an interesting fact worth forgetting...
"good morning", never capitalized and most often written simply as "gm", is a common greeting online between web3, and sometimes crypto, forum participants
See? Not as exciting as sunrises, strong coffee or golf talk! 🤣

    Top of the morning, Spies!
Just curious....did anyone else notice in the Honda Open that Chris Kirk was playing TM Stealth woods with Callaway Paradym headcovers?

The only time I ride in a cart is during a tournament or during league play.  I play 70+ rounds per year and enjoy the golf, exercise, and money saved from walking.

PXG had its first go on the course.
I am impressed. I am very pleased.
Now it was stupid cold... went into this on another thread. The distances were what they were with near freezing temps and high winds the ball either went pretty far riding the snow flakes or stalled in the wind. However for the first time on this course I did not loose a golf ball. I had one back toe hit and it still cleared the bunker and was in play. I was able to find a good swing that game me a straight flight or slight fade which was just gorgeous to see.
It was fun, there was confidence and I do really like the sound and feel of the 0211. It is louder, it isn't as powerful of a feel, but the ball does fly and there is no doubt the club still has great distance. I am curious if I give the TSi3 the same swing and thought how they match up and I think it may be best I get on GCquad or Trackman to give it some more breakdown, but at least now I feel as though I have a true fairway finding driver.
Big props to the 0211, definitely a keeper and looking forward to getting another few rounds in with it.

What a thread, I’m through the first 2 pages. It’s going to take me a week to get through all 14/15 pages.

my alarm is set for 4:30am. That used to be sleeping in for me, job change helped that.
I’ve been meaning to wake up earlier and get to the gym, but the last 10/15 years has been a struggle for that. I have been taking 15-20 min to do some hyperbolic stretching and a few yoga moves to help with the back.

I'm a coffee guy and it just depends on what went on the previous day or upcoming if I have 2 cups or 8. Pic of my cup attached.

Work day starts at 6am and done at 2:30. I manage 3 warehouses that are 40 minutes apart from each other. I get windshield time in between them plus any other deliveries I need to do.

I try to stop at the local range for some swing work when my back lets me.

My side gig is I officiate HS football, lacrosse and baseball. Lacrosse is taking a back seat as it’s is pretty tough on a body that was abused in its youth through the 40’s.
love the stories and everybody’s different life styles.

I thoroughly enjoy hitting balls whether it is on the range or somewhere inside.  When I have an opportunity to go to the range, I usually get a large bucket of balls and plan on spending an hour practicing.  I hit 5 balls with each club starting with the 7 iron and working my way up to driver then go back to the 8 through LW.  I try to rest a bit after 3 clubs or 15 balls and consume some water.  I usually only go to the range on days that I am not playing and I definitely prefer grass tees, but sometimes the mats are mandatory.   For the 5 balls that I hit with each club, I try to hit 3 straight, 1 fade, and 1 draw.  In the short irons I also practice 3/4 swings.  The main thing I focus on is trying make each shot a quality strike; on line with my target.  If I have any balls remaining, I will go back to clubs that I didn't strike well.

He wouldn’t be the only player that has clubs that don’t match the headcovers.    He is a Callaway sponsored player so it makes sense.

Good morning all. I was ready to go out for a 8:58 tee time when I got a message that there's a 1 hour fog delay.  Hope the range is open!  Or maybe a 2nd cup of coffee instead?
