What I find so impressive is how tight the tolerances are on these irons. Nippon doesn’t fool around!

Time for an update on my ER5v after having spent the winter in AZ with the B61 back home in Montana 😱. Having played the new flat stick all summer and early fall, I was pretty confident in the decision.  Oh, I thought about packing it as well but figured it was time to shed the "swimmies" and take the plunge. I had kept track of total putts/round after the testing over the summer play and continued doing so this past winter.  The +1.68 SG potential from H2H tests on the putting green was the carrot and, while I have no way of knowing for sure, believe the new putter is responsible for at least part of my improved index (10.3 to 9.6).

Because our group often plays "fewest putts" for a quarter, I have some data from past seasons with the B61.  But most of that data is using a standard grip vs. the LHL I adopted just prior to testing the Evnroll.  Still, the new putter and grip are yielding about 1 less putt per round.  That dosen't seem like much but at least something and, as tough as fewer strokes are to come by, welcomed. But, being human and worse a golfer, it also leaves me wondering whether there is even a better putter out there or whether, from here on, it's 90%+ technique... archer not the arrow 🤔.

Nice, unfortunately for me today, my ball striking was top shelf, resulting in numerous 2-putts today.

Another round sub 30 putts, which given my striking it is very impressive. 

Put the Gravity Grip back on, due to the top of the grip coming off the superstroke. It was like coming back to an old flame lol first round back 30 putts. I was trying the "Sluggo Special" @Sluggo42 and miss greens and pad my putting, had one chip in, and two more inches away lol I did make some outside of 10 feet. I do like the feeling the Gravity grip gives me, especially on the short putts.

you need more missed greens by a few feet so you can cozy the little chips up tight and have more one-putts! haha, thats my specialty! then include them with your other one putts and you'll have a 25 putt round. But probably shoot the same score...

I wish I could have a LAB 2.1 with and EVNROLL/SIK COMBO face but I can dream. Can @dlow206make it happen?

I had so much confidence yesterday, and my buddies keep joking about how is the Evnroll even legal. One negative, the head came loose during the round, I’m hoping it was just the screw on the bottom, I still need to check. I play a public course, so no one repairs ball marks, so I guess when I was tapping it down it came noticeably wobbly. I didn’t have my tool with me, but I will carry it going forward. 

Yesterday’s round my putter was on fire!! I had my best putting round by far.

Excited to follow this one, I love the way the T100 and T200 look. I'm saving up for irons now, and these are definitely at the top of the list.

So, I worked on my Wellstroke trainer, and my putting is good again. I got that feeling of "I can make it from anywhere" again.

@cjeffs12, give the T200s a try! They are great iron and pretty forgiving.

Amazing video!! I now have a goal to achieve this level of quality. I am itching to go try the T200's now. 

I just picked up the T100's last night!! They're actually even better looking than I remember in the fitting...👀👀😏
Over the next few days I'll get some pictures up as well as hopefully a range session. I should also be able to get at least a round (maybe more!) in this weekend, so stay tuned!
