furu
Norwegian golfer Vetle Marøy is playing for Odessa in Texas. Junior college. He did a pretty cool thing this week. On hole 7 he made an albatross. Or double eagle - for my friends in the USA. 550 yards and he hit driver and then 3w from the rough for a 2 on the card. On hole 13 he followed up with i hole in one! 160 yards - wind against - 8 iron - backspin = in the cup.

furu
He had a bad tournament by his standards. Maybe influenced by what happened. Talented guy and a friend. He's from Bergen and has worked at my club. Won French Boys and he's got a few more very good international and national results.

RookieBlue7
Guy I play with recorded an albatross on #5 at my home course that I can gurantee wasn't anywhere near as textbook as I'm sure his was. He hit his second in the woods and it hit a tree and came out and went in. Buddy can hit it 2 properties over in the woods and it bounces back out. But yeah, following an albatross up with a hole in 1... I'd love someone to do the mathematical odds on that. I use the chrome soft x ls on my league course. It has much softer softer greens than the club that I belong to. I’m on a mission to shoot my age - lifetime lowest round is 66 and I’m currently 67.
