McaseyM
Well thanks to you guys here, especially Golf Spy Dave, I've been a lot more into the smaller putter companies, most of which I have found through Instagram.I currently have a putter in the works from Two Talents Design in Colorado and am looking forward to sharing it with you once it comes in .While perusing this weekend, I came across Clutch Putters (www.clutchputters.com) and was drawn to this mallet. They are 100% CNC milled 6061 T6 Aluminum and made in the USA with adjustable weights that you can use to match with your stroke type, have a beautiful Matte black finish and come with a Best Grips microperf pistol grip standard. Doesn't look like there's a milled face.Did I mention that they are $199?Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy What's in my bag: Driver : F9 10.5, Fujikura Speeder 757 TR Fairway F9 15.5° Aldila Rogue White 80X Hybrid: King F7 18° KBS Tour PROTO Hybrid 95 S+ Irons: z585 4i - 6i, z785 7i-PW, Nippon Modus 120X Wedges: CBX 50.11, 55.11, 60.10 TT DG S400 Black Putter: Honey Badger 34" Ball: Q-Star Tour

PunkRockDoc
$199 is an excellent price for a new company, especially since they include all the weights needed to adjust the putter to your preferences. McaseyM
You had my attention until I saw max head weight was 361g. Too light. the Two Talents putter that I have coming in is a wide body blade that weighs in at 385. The alst mallet i had was a 2 ball which was 350 and felt good, I know Tyson Lamb usually won't go over 350g, and while i like a heavier putter too, i'd love to give this one a roll What's in my bag: Driver : F9 10.5, Fujikura Speeder 757 TR Fairway F9 15.5° Aldila Rogue White 80X Hybrid: King F7 18° KBS Tour PROTO Hybrid 95 S+ Irons: z585 4i - 6i, z785 7i-PW, Nippon Modus 120X Wedges: CBX 50.11, 55.11, 60.10 TT DG S400 Black Putter: Honey Badger 34" Ball: Q-Star Tour

McaseyM
Let me know how you like it. 385g would be as light as I'd go; looking at 400g with a counterbalance that would be a beast! I think i mentioned it before, but Ricky Johnson makes their widebody putters up to 400g and now they're working on a true mallet, which i'd imagine would be able to get up there pretty easily. When they show it, i'll see if i can snag a few pics What's in my bag: Driver : F9 10.5, Fujikura Speeder 757 TR Fairway F9 15.5° Aldila Rogue White 80X Hybrid: King F7 18° KBS Tour PROTO Hybrid 95 S+ Irons: z585 4i - 6i, z785 7i-PW, Nippon Modus 120X Wedges: CBX 50.11, 55.11, 60.10 TT DG S400 Black Putter: Honey Badger 34" Ball: Q-Star Tour

Jiro
These also appear to come in a south paw version which is pretty cool for a small company. Not that I am left handed, but I know it bums out our left handed friends when they can't play equipment from these smaller companies. McaseyM
Well, I guess that it was determined by people with deeper pockets than him, that Clutch Putters' adjustable weight top screws were a little too PxG, and after a message or 2 back and forth, Clutch had to destroy all of their remaining stock of this design and rebuild. Here's his new design.... Gone are the screws but he's designing a new interchangeable weight system that goes from 340-390 in 10g increments. Yeah, it's a pretty similar design, and for $200 with a Best Grip micro perf grip and nice cover, pretty damn good pricing for a small putter maker.
