They have had their ups and downs but every now and then they come up with a gem like this.

I'm 43, and I never watched it up until about 2 yrs ago. Before, I thought it was just stupid with kids being crude and using profanity. Once I watched an episode or two, I realized there is some serious social commentary going on in that show....and surprisingly -- in spite of them being way out there -- those guys usually re-enforce traditional beliefs more times than not.

The great thing about South Park is that most episodes are not the heavy handed, "this is what we believe and we're going to mock the other side" that you get with lots of shows, or people. They rip both sides. Sometimes you can tell what they think, sometimes you can't.
