Er10 is a nice putter. Tried one at MGS headquarters a couple of days ago. and it has nice balance and didn’t feel like a 370gr head. My only complaint would be that it seems a little slower off the face than other Evnroll models. I had good grouping, just a tad bit short.

There are lots of things that need to go into selecting an instructor whether it is online or in person. I have been successful and unsuccessful with online lessons. For full swing I prefer in person since I get better feedback and get a better exchange of information. Most of my online has been short game related and were generally unsuccessful. The only place I have been successful online is with putting. I attribute that to my learning style; you need to figure out what works best for you. The questions you should ask about online instruction; especially video sites, is how long do you get access to content, will they deliver content specific to you, if they do swing analysis, what is the turnaround time, extra costs, how many questions can you ask if it is a pay per analysis type approach.

And when you (and I) were in school they told us we would not have a calculator with us everywhere went so we needed to learn how to do the math. Guess what, I have a calculator with me every day @GB13depending on what you what to do from a profession standpoint you will probably need math skills.

Daunting? yes. Unrealistic? yes. Below are statistics for PGA pros. While they get on hot streaks, an 8 footer is a 50/50 putt.

Unless your sequencing is off, it probably isn’t “instructional”. Search for over speed training or read the superspeed thread on MGS.

The quickest way to take less putts per round is to hit is to hit approaches closer and to hit greens. Unless you are a really bad putter (can't lag to inside a 3 foot circle and miss 3 footers or 3 putt a lot) you can't significantly lower your score with putting. Fill in some of the details for us on your fitting. During the fitting did you compare head with stability shaft to same head without? how did you get fit for the putter head? Most everything I have read is that the stabilty shaft is geared to help with heavier weight heads; what is your headweight? How did the results on quintic change from before to after?

Not in the market, just enjoy testing golf equipment and seeing what is available. I try to ignore the brand and model while doing the testing so I don't think my results are influenced by brand or if I am looking for something.

In your case, clubs are meant to last more that a few weeks.

Listened to the NPG episode released today. Harry made the comment that Most Wanted testing starts Monday. I am booked to start driver testing on Tuesday. 35ish drivers to go through; sounds like it will take a while. I'm excited!!!

I am fairly neutral in my grip; it seems to help me control rotation a bit.

Whichever you hit better. If you went through the trouble of all that testing you need to test that shaft. Will they order one so you can try and take the one you hit best?
