He didn’t even take the pictures for the listing, or write the listing.... I did. So I am not really sure what he did.

No offense to anyone in the real estate business. But it is a crock of crap if you ask me. 2 bad experiences.

 

 

No argument from me.  Our experiences with real estate and realtors is "rant thread" material.  Hopefully your closing completes and you can just put this in the rear view mirror.

I'm heading out to pick up my truck which has a new "built" transmission.  Built meaning one that does not have the weak links Dodge provided with the original 48RE.  Putting this here instead of the Rant thread - trying the glass half full approach to the $4800 bill.

I've watched him on TV and in person and he does not play slow IMO.  As to his putting method, it has been reviewed by the USGA and PGA Tour Officials and determined to be compliant.  Personally, I think some of the comments in the link you provided are simply sour grapes belly aching from those who are growing tired of seeing him hoist hardware.

I'll go ahead and say it. Teams that lose by 29 do NOT deserve a spot in the CFB playoff. Especially if you  lose by 29 to a mediocre football team. 

Nah, every team is entitled to one belly flop.  It all depends on how the rest of everyone's season goes.

We've had frosts here, but not that bad.  Now that you mention it, I do recall Old Works saying they close on Halloween.  Time to head south.

Well, he didn't win The Dominion Energy Classic this week but his 2nd place finish pretty much assures him of the 2018 Charles Schwab Cup.  This guy is a golfing machine and has owned the Champions Tour for years now.  I started watching him more and more at The Boeing Classic events and slowly became a fan.  He is just so consistent and rarely not in the mix on Sunday.  230 events entered and 230 cuts made! I'm sure when Phil joins this tour, he'll start a run of his own as will TW's,  but I don't think anyone is going to touch Bernard's record by the time he's done.  With 7 more victories needed to tie, I predict he'll blow past Hale Irwin's amazing 45 CT wins and several other of Hale's records.  Many of his fellow players believe he is a better player now than he was on the main tour.  He's in fantastic shape and is a dogged competitor.  If Mercedes made professional golfers, I suspect they'd look and perform like Bernhard Langer.

Most of the time the players just got up off the ground and were trash talking. The officials called a tight game in regards to unsportsmanlike conduct fouls and Harbaugh didn't like the call and was unhappy with his players for getting stupid penalties. 

Oh, thanks.  It's rare for him to get so animated.  If Ohio State loses to Purdue, that's going to shuffle the deck a bit.

FINALLY!!  Shot the 3rd best score of my life today and only second sub 80 round this year.  Everything was clicking today and particular my approach shots.  Granted, this is not a really tough course, but it isn't a push over either.  I got one big break when an errant 160 yard approach hit a tree and bounced on the green about 10 ft from the flag.  The biggest challenge were the leaves.  The fairways have a pretty healthy amount of them and they were thick in places.  My partner had to cancel and I debated going... so glad I did.

Kudo's to all of us here on the forum for being able to discuss a topic like this without it going completely south.  I've said it in my first MGS post, but it's worth repeating.  MGS rocks and there is something about the mix of members (and our Mods) on this website that just works - better than any others I currently or previously participated on.

Never played there, but it sure sounds/looks cool.  I don't recall any PGA or LPGA events having been played there but has that U.S. Open look to it.  It's relative remoteness makes that unlikely.

First off, sorry you're having to deal with this.  I'm really not sure which is the best path.  One thing that floors me is that whoever was behind the legislation to legalize this drug, they didn't think to make the legal age something other than teenagers.  This wouldn't stop them, but would at least give parents a legal basis to try and discourage.  Good luck.

I don't know why, but every time I think hockey, Tim Horton's immediately comes to mind.  When doing business in the Ontario and Toronto area we got hooked on their donuts and coffee. I'm a casual hockey fan, but do enjoy watching games, especially during the playoffs.  The Canadians at our park in Yuma have games on all the time.

Geez, Bama is a 30 pt favorite IN Knoxville. Wow. 

Winless Nebraska is a 3.5 favorite at home against Minnesota. 

Oklahoma and TCU will excite some of the Big 12 fans just because TCU's offense is quickly turning into a dumpster fire. 

LSU is a TD favorite at home against Miss St. That could be a fun game to watch between the corndogs and the cowbells. 

 

Am I missing any games that will move the needle? Ohio St is ONLY a 2 TD favorite at Purdue. I thought the line would be at least 20 pts. 

With ND off this week, I agree it makes things a bit dull .  But, the Michigan vs. Michigan State is sure to be a good one.  The Washington vs. Colorado and the Oregon vs. Washington State both have implications for the PAC 12 champion hopes.
