DrRob1963 got a reaction from Rob Person in How many balls do you carry?
13 is my standard number of golf balls:
6 brand new white Srixon Z-stars.
6 used white Srixon Z-stars, provided they're in good condition, with no major wear or marks/gouges/scrapes.
1 yellow Srixon Z-star which I always use as my 'provisional' ball.
They're all marked with a "paw print" by either a green or purple sharpie, which reminds me of my pet terrier - who never lets go or gives up!

DrRob1963 got a reaction from William P in Does 1 degree of loft make a big difference in wedges?
I think it's a matter of working out the most lofted wedge you want in your bag, then take the loft of your iron set Pitching Wedge and then fill the gaps evenly at 4*-6* spacings. In my Hogan TK-15's, I had wedges at 48*, 53*, 58* and 63* which was great for someone who loves loft! My 'second' set of Mizuno MP-18 MMC and T-20s had wedges at 46* (set wedge), 50*, 56* and 62* which I was happy with as well.
Just as long as your set doesn't have a PW loft of 37*! That's no typo - Thirty-seven degrees.... Thank You, Yonex! Hahahahaha!

I have always liked the small mallet style putters.
I first saw the PING DARBYi in 1999 and fell in love with it. I bought it straight away. It's had six regrips and is on its second shaft after rusting through, but its staying in my bag - this little beauty is just a putting beast on the greens!

I can't switch my putter. I've had it for 12 years. TaylorMade KiaMa Rossa. Had too many one putts, long and short for me to switch to scotty or odyssey

Early adopter and user on Anser style blade for almost all my life . Specifically Anser 2 (Becu and Stainless). Many on-off affairs with Cameron newport 2's as well (oil-cans, stainless, custom shop, you name it) but the hands down longest server and current gamer is the Ping Jas Anser Wti. I've yet to find anything better and frankly there never will be anything better - they nailed it with the design, the feel and forgiveness and looks. Throughly recommend jumping on one (if you can find them these days) and will serve you well for many years.

I have older clubs, Ping i3+, PW is 47 degrees, GW is 52, and I then move to Callaway Jaws Raw Full toe, 54, 60, 64(this is more just for fun than actual rescue, I open the 60 if I really need to)

I will break it down a couple different ways.   For young guys, #1 is DeChambeau.  Ever since he jacked that ball across the water at the Bay Hill I just love watching him.  For older guy around my age who I like watching on the Senior Tour, its Miguel Angel Jimenez.  One guy who I really liked watching who I think played well in some events, but then partied too hard, and has pretty much disappeared was Kiradech Aphibarnrat.

I like to watch Jordan Spieth. I can relate to his game and like his conversation with his caddy. All time golfer for me is Fred Couples. I like his swing and demeanor. The man always looks cool even under pressure or on a Ryder Cup stage.

Brooks Koepka is my favorite for sure.  He's all about the big stage and the big moment.  I love his attitude on the majors being the easiest to win, because half of the field doesn't think they have a chance to begin with, and the majority of the rest of the field doesn't have all of the shots required.  That leaves about 20 players that have the attitude, game and mental fortitude to win.  Wish he performed better at regular events.
