Hi all,

 

The majority of my set up hasen't changed for the better part of a decade and I'm really starting to look at getting some upgrades so once (see if) I get some cash together this will all most likely change.

 

The parts that have changed are my driver, which I managed to get off of a friend when he got a new Ping driver, and my bag which my lovely girlfriend bought me for my birthday

 

Full Set Up;

 

 

 

Driver Titleist 907 D2 7.5* Aldila VS Proto Shaft 65 X;

 

 

 

Driver Shaft;

 

 

 

5 Wood Titleist 980F 19* Pro Trajectory stock Titleist 4375 R shaft (desperately need to replace);

 

 

 

Irons Taylormade LT2's 3-PW S300 dynamic golds, these were actually fit for me at the time at my old club and coach;

 

 

 

Sand wedge Vokey 56* 256 10 Oil can 8620 finish True temper shaft, not 100% sure on the shaft as its worth off;

 

 

 

Lob wedge Shark 64* wedge True temper shaft, this is one of my favourite clubs I think and again not 100% sure on the shaft;

 

 

 

Putter Scotty Cameron Studio Style Newport 2 blade, 303 GSS Insert, 35'' 330g 4*L 71*L, I know a lot of you have a special thing for putters so I included two photos and happy to put up more if people want them;

 

 

 

Thats my bag and I'll try and keep it updated if anything ever changes, let me know if you want to know anything more

lol yea, my old driver was a 10.5 degree cobra SS which ballooned for me like there's no tomorrow so I went stiffer and lower and am pretty happy with the sort of launch I get out of it now and can, as far as I can tell, augment my AOA to get it launching a little higher when I need it.

 

I am still very interested in getting myself fit out for something and see what I can get out of it once it is optimised. I reckon when all is said and done I would give bones a run for his money xD

Headcovers were also a gift from my girlfriend, can get a couple of other versions including R2-D2 and darth vader if I'm correct.

 

And in terms of my equipment I'm pretty happy with my irons because they are pretty solid but I don't think they quite fit me any more because I was a fair bit younger when I got them. 5 wood I need to replace really bad, not real confident in it and am looking to go a 3 wood of some sort and a 2 iron hybrid driving iron or something along those lines. Driver is pretty good and fits me better than my last one but again, I can only imagine what I'm leaving behind but not getting it done properly. Looking at talking to my pro about the SLDR I think lol.

Love those irons, always wanted to play some of the RAC line but never wound up with a set.  Best thing about irons, though, is you can have them tweaked to your specs if you ever get a lie/ss analysis done.  Definitely loving the Yoda cover!

Thanks RP and to think only a couple of months ago I was about to throw it in the trash because I just couldnt put :S I'm one of those guys that hits the ball really well typically from tea to green (best is about 17 gir) but can't putt to save myself (same round still ended up one over par >.

Been working with my pro through and found the reason why I was struggeling and its starting to come back

I have to admit I do love the irons, was fit for them when I was much younger so I think I'm due to for an analysis. I'm not so worried about getting them upgraded because they are probably the newest and best fit clubs in my bag lol
