Which other golf ball mfg approached the staff following the first ball testing? I can't imagine just Callaway and MGS had a discussion to review results.

I spent this morning looking into this and frankly, I think it's a fantastic idea how it's structured. I love the memberships, no one-off play and trackman. For the gear heads and die hards, having access to trackman while you "play" is worth it on its own. Anyone who has ever been fit has seen their numbers but what do your numbers look like when you're teeing off on the 14th hole or hitting your approach into the 17th to win the match? Super cool setup, I like it.

I'm a fan. This would be fantastic for the golfer that struggles with their driver but wants a little more mass behind the ball. I could also see the Sunday bag guys who play 3 or 4 irons with a putter and a 3 wood or high lofted driver. Looks good...if anyone puts one in play, throw a review together...

Yep...the timing is suspect...I mean, when my daughter starts full time school I'll need something to fill my time during the week days This way my wife can remind me every 3 months about projects I was supposed to complete!

Spent last evening with family at my brother in law's club. He's been trying to get us to join for years and I think I am finally there. We went for a 4th of July party with a live band, bbq and it was awesome. They have a membership category that's a weekday golfer with full clubhouse and pool privileges; this is just right for us so we'll get going on that in the fall. It jives well with my FD schedule so I could play during the week and be around at the pool with my wife and daughter on the weekends. What an awesome night!

As I've gotten older, these types of interactions amuse me. @Kanoito you handled yourself incredibly well as this guy is most likely the embodiment of human douche...bending the club was not cool...sounds like this kid was making up for a lot of insecurities... While I adore these types of stories for the humor, this only happened once during tournament golf when I was in college. A particular player was getting fresh with the two of us (threesomes) and after a few holes I asked him why he always looks up as he makes contact with his irons... Wrecked the rest of his entire round with that little comment...he earned it.

I'm very excited to have some visual symmetry between the Driver and 3 wood. While I started to fall in love and stay in love with my 3, I became a mess in my mind while setting up my LST and seeing the different look. Yes it may sound silly but to certain degrees we all have our out mental handicaps. The Tensei 1k has been very intriguing. I am hoping for the better dispersion of the Ventus line with the nice feel and load through impact. A BIG shout to People's golf. This club was ordered on a Monday and arrived today. Meticulous detail and a quality build. More to come... He's my therapy dog. He doesn't know it but he is. Just a good boy
