Current irons have a 46* PW - so I can go 52* and 58* or 50-54-58 (all are Cleveland CBX).  What tend to do is center on either the 52 or 54 for my utility do about everything wedge….the 58 for those pop up short sided moments.  It really depends on your personal skills and what works for you.  Shafts are Cleveland Wedge flex graphite.  

That is such a paradox - the “best” ball I’ve ever used is least premium ball ever - some Wilsons that came in a 24 pack at Walmart on clearance for $2.00 that was marked another 50% off for $1.00 per bag.  They were a two-piece ball that flew like crazy, stopped okay and were not worth $0.05 of search time - actually they were almost impossible to lose.  I eventually did lose most (gave one bag away).  These days I tend to like 3-piece balls - recently gifted about 100 Pro-V1’s w/a few x’s mixed in.  Came from a friend whose boyfriend’s son-in-law is a course pro in Atl.  Long story shorter - they are a mix from early 2000’s thru 2017.  Maybe one of twenty looks like it’s ever been struck. So that’s my best ball these days…

Pulled a sleeve out of the cabinet last to play a round with.  Ball performed very well and so this test will be great to follow.

More of a stock shot of the day person - which most of the time is a slight fade.  Some days it does move to a baby draw.  Trouble shots - I can sling a hard fade if needed, much less able to duck hook.  Of late, when doing solo rounds, I will impose scenarios where I “work” to hit a certain shot to a certain target zone.  When playing with others, whatever the range says I am hitting that day is what I plan my shots around.  

An old favorite topic.  I used to think I was good enough to be able to carve a low draw or a high fade into holes… I may have been at one point.  But my practice time has went from nearly every day to absolutely nothing.  I plan to set up for a fade every time going forward until I can get my practice time back.  I am the most comfortable hitting the left to right.  
 
we play this game for enjoyment right?  So, if you enjoy carving 50 yard hooks, do it.  If you like to hit the straight ball and you enjoy it do it.  As long as you enjoy your playing style that is what it is all about.  The day you aren’t having fun on the golf course is a bad day.
