tonyj5
If this was a Hollywood script, no one would believe it. Who would possibly believe that after 33 LPGA tournaments, the award for Player of the Year, the LPGA 2017 money title, The Race for the CME Globe (and the 1 million dollar bonus), and the player to finish the season in the #1 position in the Rolex Rankings, would all come down to the final stroke on the final hole of the final tournament. But yet that is exactly the way it played out at the CME Group Tour Championship. tommc23
The missed putt on 18 was a shock Sent from my SM-G950U using MyGolfSpy mobile app
TheWahoo
Whenever I see Lexi I often wonder when at a family event, she asks her brothers,--so what have you done lately. I understand that when youngsters she was very competitive on the course with her brothers and that they didn't give her a break on distance or any other factor. tony@CIC
She's an interesting person. We met her at this year's Meijers Classic in Toledo. She is very personable, walks up to all of the volunteers and thanks them, but definitely focus with a club in her hand. The attention she's gotten doesn't seem to have gone to her head like a Michele Wie. revkev
By all accounts she is a delightful young lady but we see what we see. That doesn't always match reality which is why I root based on other stuff. In regards to Wie she had way way more to deal with including parental pressure that very few of us could imagine. I'm ashamed to admit that I hoped she would fail. She didn't do anything wrong - she was forced to be a phenomena by her parents and the marketers at Nike. Miboy62
She played hard all year, nice to see her take the Mill. But that putt killed her chance of winning the tournament.
