Stuka44
I need a little feedback. Has anyone else tried these. My daughter bought me some for my birthday, just a little something since she's working now, any of you with children understand the sentiment. I had heard of them, but thought gimmick item. Knowing she would ask me if I tried them, I did. I've used them the last 4-5 rounds I've played. I only use them using driver, as they are to high to use with an iron on a par 3. They have a little stopper which only allows them to go into the ground, the same distance every time. Not sure they're giving me the 5 yards more distance they advertise, but with god as my witness, the consistent height of the ball, I swear I am driving the ball straighter and more consistently. Anybody Else? null
Pure gimmick in terms of any sort of less friction = more speed gains. But consistent tee height is HUGE. Anything that helps you tee the ball at a consistent height is a big help cnosil and Stuka44
Tom the Golf Nut
Agreed, its a gimmick. I was given some as a present too. I use the Pride Professional tee system. They have a blue line on the tee where the tee meets the surface of the ground. This gives me consistent tee height which is really what the brush tee is doing. ED13
I tried the brush tee a couple of years ago along with the 4 more yard tees looking for an easy way to consistently tee the ball. The problem was neither one was the right height for me so went back to regular tees. Just one more thing my buddies can make fun of me for along with the yellow ball I use I guess. It gives me more consistent hits, so let then laugh!!!!
