Think they did good with this group! Nice to see guys like Willy Z, Homa and of course Burns and Scottie. Quote as of Nov 6, 2023 (Past WITB) Driver: Paradym TD w/ GD ADDI 6X Driver Shootout! Golf2Much
They literally have everyone from A (Ryan Armour) to Z (Will Zalatoris). It's a good mixture of younger (three in 20's) and more experienced golfers (three in 40's). Burns and Zalatoris are the youngest (26) and Armour is the oldest (46). There's an impressive nternational flair (Hughes, Lowry, Scott Conners, Norlander, and Scott) which reflects today's game. They have a Major winners (Lowery, Scheffler and Scott), a recent former number 1 (Scheffler who is number 2), and a players who worked his way up through the feeder group tours (Brice Garnett, McNealy). You have golfers who everyone knows (Fowler, Scheffler, etc.) and some most people never heard of (Amour, Steelman). Everyone has won on the PGA Tour at least once. Overall, the list is a very representative group of today's PGA Tour players. Good job! AzRoger
Did you hear Azinger's comment on the advisory council during the NBC coverage of the Sony Open? Dan Hicks mentioned during the telecast that Adam Scott would be joining the council, Azinger responded that he was a member of the council for 13 years when he was on tour, he thought it was a 'colossal waste of time'. A long moment of silence before a few chuckles could be heard in the background. Have a feeling we'll be hearing from the PGA Tour on that one. They did make a good point in that the game has changed a lot and there is a new commissioner that needs to make changes and listen to the players so hopefully it is more of a case that they have more pull now vs when they did years before. Splatt
Love the fact that Adam Scott and Rickie Fowler are in there. I keep hearing LIV rumours about those guys, and if they've accepted roles on the PAC, then the chances of them leaving now has surely lessened GolfSpy_APH 1 Quote Driver: Speedzone 9.5 degree (love this club) Fairway Wood - Warbird (to be replaced ASAP) Hybrid - SIM2 MAX 19 degree, (not a fan, but getting there) Irons - Warbird 4 iron to PW (to be replaced ASAP) Wedges - MG2 50 degree, T22 54 degree, Hi-Toe 58 degree Putter - LAB Golf - MEZZ.1 MAX - 2023 MGS TEST Ball - E6 (stands for 3-putt apparently)

No idea, however I'd venture to guess they don't do it for the money given the state of the game at their level. More about getting things better so all the best are on one tour vs split. billybogey
Yes;, read about PAC make up & did think The Tour is on good ground. Do not understand Azinger's comment as he was on PAC for 13 yrs. Hmmmm!! I'm still a PGA Tour Sport's Fan; think Norman has forgot who got him there. Anyway he has company in a couple Whiners like Poulter & Garcia. Cheers. cardia10
The only advice Monahan listens to is Rory and Tiger. That is one of the main reason LIV even exists. Ask a player if you know one and they are all pretty honest that they were tired of giving ideas but only Rory's seemed to make it to the top. Fair to think, but we really don't know what all happened behind the scenes. I'm sure we only hear the loudest voices on both sides. I'm lucky to know a couple players, neither of which were even offered to go to LIV, but they said the threat had been discussed seriously for a couple years and the PGA said it would and could never happen. They say players were over Monahan and his muddying of the financials to tell players money didn't exist for things that have now been done. If all were kosher on tour, LIV would have never gotten off the ground sadly,
