jbern
Last weeks plan was 4 workouts + 1 yoga session + follow the meal plan. I did NOT do the yoga, which was a bummer. I followed the meal plan pretty well and only had one evening where I had a couple handfuls of m&m's that weren't part of the plan. I did the 4 workouts last week which consisted of two random workouts and then started the first two workouts on a Tonal new program called "Add on and Burn Out." The first two workouts were a lot of fun because they're so unique. It consists of 6 sets, where you start with 1 exercise and add an exercise each set. The last block is a burnout block of high intensity exercises that really gets the heart rate up. We did go on a 4.6 mile family bike ride since the weather was so nice over the weekend! The kids were super excited to get their new bikes out on a path and are eager to go back to another one! This weeks goal is another 4 tonal strength workouts and 1 yoga session and follow this weeks meal plan. So far so good on the workouts and meal plan. I've made it to the gym twice, but have had good weigh-ins this week for not really tracking like I had been. No real stats available for intake/burn at the moment, but I've been generally close to my goals based on what I know I consumed.
