Callaway MD forged wedge

Got this wedge cheap. Cleaned the rust off of it. Is there anything I can do to make it better or should I leave it alone

what do you mean by better?   looks like you did a great job cleaning the rust off and there is no pitting.   Whatever you did seems to have made the painful dirty so you could clean that up which will make it visually look a little better.

Rust is only good to reduce glare.   Many studies have debunked the it creates more spin statement.  Rust is a visual thing and not performance related.
