RobbyT got a reaction from BNewton51 in 2nd Swing Experience?
I would agree with what everyone else has said, usually selling your clubs to a company like that will not give you much compared to selling it to a person.

RobbyT got a reaction from Micah T in 2021 Goals
My goals:
Get to a +2 handicap from scratch
Get swing speed above 105 from 102
Have 3 or more tournament rounds in the 60's

RobbyT got a reaction from BNewton51 in What equipment are you thinking about?
The new Callaway stuff looks nice, and the SIM 2 performed really well when I hit it. I might just get the Epic Flash though to save some money

RobbyT got a reaction from Watchnut33 in Hardest Course You've Ever Played (in the U.S.)
I haven't played too many courses, but the hardest one I've played is probably The Cardinal by Pete Dye. Pinehurst No. 2 is probably second, just because of the greens, the course is wide open.

RobbyT got a reaction from MattF in How'd you play?
I played yesterday, it was a par 70, and I was 7-over thru 10, probably the worst I've played in a few months. Then I finished the last 8 holes in 3 under by making birdies holes 13, 14, and 15 to shoot 74. That is one of my weirdest rounds in a while.

RobbyT got a reaction from cksurfdude in How'd you play?
This was earlier this week, on the front 9 I shot 2 under with only 9 putts, I holed out 3 times from off the green and had 3 two putts. Then on the back I had a chance to beat my personal best of 68 but finished bogey-bogey to shoot 69. Also I did a no-driver challenge that day, I wish I could play that good all of the time.

RobbyT got a reaction from GaDawg in Range Finder vs. GPS
I like a rangefinder better. My GPS will sometimes have bad signal at some courses, and then measure inaccurately.

RobbyT reacted to eschultz406 in Range Finder vs. GPS
I'm sure this topic has been discussed ad nauseam but I'm going to give it a rip anyway. When playing a round of golf what do you prefer to use a Range Finder or GPS Unit whether it's a watch or handheld device? I play with a Range Finder but I have been entertaining the idea of switching over to a GPS unit. I really like the Garmin Approach S62. I was wondering if anyone as information on the Garmin Approach S62 or information on switching over? Or what y'all prefer to use.

RobbyT got a reaction from chisag in MYGOLFSPY MASTER GOLF BALL REVIEW THREAD
The player:
Current gamer - Bridgestone Tour B RXS
Handicap or Ave score - +0.3
7 iron carry distance with current ball - 155 yds
Trajectory - mid
Putter - Taylormade Corza Ghost, medium/soft insert
The ball:
Kirkland Signature 3 pc Performance Plus, 2018?
Distance - less
Trajectory - low-mid
Spin - suck back
Feel - firm
Durability (1 round) - rough shape
Rating - Casual
Notes or writeup:
Great value ball, $24 for 24 golf balls is incredibly cheap for a urethane covered golf ball, the only problems were it scuffed very easily, it spun too much off the driver, and it did not spin as much around the greens compared to other tour balls. It is probably the highest spinning golf ball on full iron/wedge shots I have ever tried, but for some reason just didn't spin much around the greens. I spun one back about 25 feet with a full gap wedge, which is way more than I can do with my normal golf ball.
