... I will be more than shocked if 5 QB's aren't drafted in the first round. And maybe 6 if someone thinks Penix is healthy enough to withstand the NFL. It is pretty unusual for the top 3 teams to all desperately need a QB. The possible exception being the Pats where "desperate" is arguable. But I just don't remember a draft that had 3 QB's with so much talent and rated so highly that will go 1, 2 and 3 with none of them being a reach like Zach Wilson and Trey Lance.

While there is plenty of drama surrounding the first 4 picks and will Washington trade up if the Bears are willing to trade down and will the Pats take Harrison Jr, but lost on many Bears fans is the 9th pick. Players of need are ranked very high at #9 and I would be thrilled with an LT as I expect Alt might be available or Latu to pair with Sweat on the edges. A true difference maker on the edge is almost as hard to find as a QB. Quite a few have a WR as the pick since this is a heavy talented WR draft but I would much rather solidify either the One or Dline as I think the need is such greater. The chances of selecting a WR that can contribute in the 3rd round is much greater than a LT or DE/OLB that can have a chance of starting. If the OC thinks Mooney can make a comeback with a QB that can actually get him the ball instead of just looking at him for 4 seconds or worse never seeing him, it would be huge.

I’m actually going to say that I find this really interesting, and was about to go on my own trip of doing this myself and posting my thoughts in the forum. I just wasn’t going to compare it to the Autoflex as you did. For that matter, I hadn’t been up to date with the videos you posted in the very first post and I’ve been watching those guys since 2020. What made me want to do a similar experiment was I went to the golf store here, and one of the guys swapped out the stock 65g tensei shaft in the paradym driver I was hitting, cause I said I didn’t like the weight, and put an older Aldila Tour ATX Blue shaft that was maybe 58 grams still a stiff shaft and I noticed an uptick in swing speed, carry distance, and total distance. I’m around a 108-111 mph swing speed, yes I was fit for my driver. The launch monitor at the golf store was getting my swing speed between 110-116 with the lighter shaft. I’m going to try and see if I can find a light shaft again and hit it in the paradym to see if it was just a fluke, or if I really am hitting bigger bombs. Good read and I will have to post my findings as well.

So idea time here, as I realized one thing. My swing speed based on the fitter I had said "your swing speed says you need an X-stiff shaft" I've went down that road and had good success with it in the tensei 1k white shaft I have. It's the 65g model, but I've noticed in my other driver shaft that I got from Dallas golf, which is a stiff Kai'li White shaft at 68g I hit it a tad more consistently. My mistake on not getting the X-stiff shaft, and that's not really the point. One of the golf stores has a Ventus 5S which is 58g and is not the velocore, it's just a stock option someone gave them. Do you think it would be worth trying that shaft for this experiment would bring any value to this thread? I'm not sure if they made a 4R version of any of the Ventus stock shafts, or I might be inclined to try and find one and test it.
 
TL;DR should a stock Ventus 5S be considered for this test?  

... You're probably too young to know it was just a play on words. The middle category should have been, well,  the middle. I also agree that quite a few still don't have a final verdict.
