Not a scoring milestone, but .. hit most of the fairways in a 9-hole round and .. importantly for me .. that included a few solid shots with a driver (and - a rental set driver, no less)!
Looking forward to reporting more good news as this season progresses.

So while I'm "planning" on no club purchases until after the PGA Show.   I did get these to help me navigate the 10 miles floor space at the show.

I completed my all black bag with my Forged Tec 4i and King Utility Black 2-3 that arrived last week. Now I really need to pump the breaks on my purchases after >$1k on all my new iron goodies, but Jones bags look so tempting - if I make a purchase come summertime I think that will be the ticket!
I also received a late Christmas gift from #MyGolfSanta in the raffle yesterday - a Cleveland RTX 4 56*. Thanks guys! Once I sell my old set I'll be sure to make my 2019 donation.

Annual Christmas lunch and golf outing for our company at Oahu Country Club. Off and on rain, 2-club wind, and the difficulty of the course just kicks my butt every year. Beautiful though!

I agree. I’m an ICU nurse and see what happens and deal with trying to keep people alive long enough so they can recover. I may have him come visit the Unit for an eye opener. He’s taking defensive driving soon and will lose his license for probably 6 months, which he deserves but is a long time and a stiff /fair penalty. He will go through the ringer for sure. An awakening shall occur

I am sorry. I can imagine this will eat at you and be in the front of your mind all the time. One day at a time, like everything else.

After having to gone to court when my 16 yo daughter was in an accident, the judge will give a strong lecture. You may want to be prepared to answer the “what did you do to him” question. We got 6 month probation, but I think yours is slightly worse. I would anticipate big fine, lost license, and maybe community service.
 
Good luck with this , fortunately there wasn’t an accident where someone got hurt. Going to be a life lesson. Short term inconveniences that hopefully turns into a life lesson.

Best to get a tough sentence now as a learning experience. When my kids were teenagers I cringed every time they took the car out.
