None of those as they are “made up” numbers specific to each OEM and the particular line of shafts.   What you need to compare is the EI Profile of the shaft which is an independent measurement done at various points of the shaft: https://www.golfshaftreviews.info/ei/
since this is something you have to pay for, your best option is to have that discussion with your fitter to ensure what you are fit into matches your budget.

Unless you want to continue to perform these types of activities I would say find a club guy to get the change for you.
the initial investment to get this done could also make the task more expensive than you may want to consider.
if you are looking for another hobby and have the time to learn then by all means get the tools , do the job right with the proper tool to remove the level of error and be prepared to trade jobs for beer.

For me it was a Ping Eye 2 coppers for the irons. Wilson Staff blades (late 70's) were close second. Regarding woods, Persimmon Wilson Staff's or  Hogans both 70's models followed by original 90's model Callaway Big Bertha War Bird steels. Wedges would be Wilson Staff Jerry Pates and/or my current Wishon PCF's. All time putters I guess would be 8802 Wilson Staff and Ping B60 or B61 coppers.

aerospace_ray got a reaction from cksurfdude in Has anyone tried Jumbomax grips?
I have experimented with them and have a perspective from my experience. At first I thought they were the grips I needed. Kinda like the first few times you roll a brand new putter, you have a different "feel" and for whatever reason the "new" just works. Then your body gets use to the change/comfortable and reality kicks in. I like how the jumbo's felt, and they held up very well in humid/wet weather. My challenge is I am a "feel" player with very much active hands (yes I time my flip on flop shots). I can not with oversize grips---others can I just could not. Where I loved the jumbomax grip is my driver, very solid center strikes. I would say try a few first before going all in. And if I could do what Bryson does it would be a no Brainer. Good luck

Best tip I think I ever received was one when I was learning to play out of sand trap when I was 13 yrs old (many many moons ago). I went for a green and obviously came up short in the trap. The ball was sitting fine, but there was a medium high slope part to carry. Evidently I was taking a little too much time since I was nervous and did not know if I could execute the shot. The gentleman came down in the bunker and told me to watch him. He did the dollar bill trick where he buries part of the dollar, then places a ball on top and  next he says watch , I will hit before the dollar bill and make sure I swing through and finish with high hands. It worked. I got it the first time and the ball actually checked. After that I was not near as afraid when I got into the sand traps. Although it seems I still get mad when I do.....

The examples for each I would be in sorta the middle distance wise--- For me for example a blade 5 iron at sea level 155 now carry. Driver depending what shot I hit basically about 220 carry. If I hit my stinger which I prefer it may carry about 200 but run out 40 yards on a dry fairway. A lot of my distances vary in general for example I only hit a GW about 80 yards but high. A 56* I only hit like 65 yards or so. I hit those 2 clubs high with a lot of spin because I hit a trap cut. Now days if I hit a one hopper I do it with my PW. You have played down here enough to know with these winds if I get like a wedge too high with spin it will balloon. I had a good example Saturday I had like 100 yards into our second hole. Now I was playing the graphite shafted CBs and I hit them higher than the blades. I pulled the 9 iron instead of the wedge. Tried to smooth it up there but hit it flush got it up into the wind with so much spin it zippered back off the green. One of the reasons when I moved here some 20 years ago I taught myself how to hit it low. Which now I have found it darn near impossible with the TM CBs and graphite shafts.

But seriously good thought. Not familiar with lee talking about this but did he talk about doing different yardages for different swings on there or just full swing?

I think that is exactly what Phil is saying and I have no doubt many others are thinking.  The NCAA ruling has opened Pandora's Box so to speak.  It won't do Phil much good since 99% of his glory moments captured on film are behind him. But, maybe the younger tour players are thinking about this profit opportunity as their career run gets going? This might be something the Norman/LIV Group is looking at as an incentive... and something the PGA might have to re-negotiate to keep players from leaving.

Maybe I am misinterpreting Phil's statements but the point of the articles is that the PGA tour is capitalizing off images and videos that they have of him and charge for their use by other companies and the player themselves.    Sure Phil has made over $92 million dollars, but is that really relevant to the point that he is trying to make?   Kind of sounds like the exact argument that college athletes are making and are now getting paid for the use of their likenesses.   should it matter if a player is worth $10K or $10M?

I am fortunate to have come to know Byron and even more fortunate to become friends with him.  I was fortunate to become friends with the owner and some of the moderators of another golf website (now shut down by the owner).  Because of these friendships I was fortunate in being invited to several golf outings from the late 2000s to mid 2010s.  I was fortunate to be able to attend one in the Cleveland, OH area June of 2014 where Byron was also in attendance.  To meet him was a pleasure as we had communicated a little in the past.  His wife, Sally, went to high school a little south of where I did in Colorado and I apparently still harbor some ill feelings with her high school from a baseball district playoff game from back in 1982.  😁  That said, Byron got a kick out of that story when we first talked.  Moving to the golf outing, we discussed putters and what I liked in a putter.  That is where I made my first putter order, a custom GSS DH89 with long pipe flow neck.  I was in Huntington Beach area on business either the following week or week after that and stopped by Byron's shop.  He measured me for the DH89 build.  He told me he had a carbon Epic Day putter and I ordered that one as well.  I gamed that Epic Day putter from September 2014 when I received it until last summer when I put the DH89 in my bag where it remains today.  I have ordered a couple more putters and picked up a handful more.  The only Byron Morgan putters I own today are the DH89 and Epic Day.  Those two will not leave my collection while I am breathing.
The last time we spoke on the phone was during the 2021 Masters.  Those who knew Byron personally knows that any phone conversation more than 5 or 10 minutes is rather long for Byron.  Our last conversation lasted over an hour, more like and hour and fifteen minutes.  We talked about another passion of his, persimmon woods and our love for classic MacGregor persimmon.  We had exchanged pictures of our collections and I had just received a couple of restored drivers back from Dave Wood.  We talked about the design of those woods, those who played them, how we played them and the classic beauty of persimmon woods.  He was like a kid in a candy store.  I will miss our conversations but most of all I will miss him.  I will miss taking him to his favorite Taqueria in Huntington Beach or the prospect of finding a decent Fish Taco in Georgia.  Byron was "Salt of the Earth" and such a genuinely honest person.  The world lost one of it's better people when Byron passed away.
    RIP my friend.

Byron was such a great guy and he made some terrific putters.  I have a 612 from him that I absolutely love.
I used to love going to his section on the old PutterTalk site and see all of the putters he was pumping out for people.  Since I live in SC I was hoping to meet him in person (and order another putter from him) after he moved to GA.  I will always regret not contacting him sooner after he moved east.
He will be sorely missed for his putters and his class.
Prayers to his wife and family and may he RIP.

Have been researching a lot lately regarding correlations (if any) to full swing grip and putting grip/stroke. Many of us do what feels natural and I have always wondered the cause/effect in my golf swing/putting choices.  I read/research a lot regarding golf swing methodologies. Thought I would ping the SPY audience for thoughts regarding what Edell is discussing in this video. Appreciate any comments/information shared.

aerospace_ray got a reaction from PutterNut in Why do people collect putters?
Certain putters fit my eye so to speak. I have certain style putters such as a TP Mills #12 or Wilson Staff 8802/MacGregor IMG that I grew up playing with. So I am attracted to those classics but also like what Bettanardi has done with face milling.

I like the new Vault/Dalehead Ping Ansers models that have been released in last few years. I have many boutique putters not well known but they are new/modified versions of past brands/models with a touch of modern(face mill patterns or inserts).

I don't know I guess collecting putters for me is like someone collecting certain art. It just fits ones eye. At least it does for me and brings back great memories from when I learned the game.

@sirchunksalot Yes, face on confirms it. I had a strong suspicion from the right hip, left knee out, and forward drift of the head down the line.
If you follow Monte you will hear this all the time. @RickyBobby_PR is right above as well. Most of the flaws that you might be seeing are not flaws at all. They are compensations. Coming into the ball you early extend, stall your speed, and stand up on the shot. That might be easiest thing to circle in the video as a huge flaw, but if you did not do that you would smack the earth and dig your club into the ground a foot behind the ball. That move is actually helping you. The real flaws are earlier in the swing that get you into the positions that force the compensation later on. Of course everybody has micro flaws everywhere, but your low hanging fruit is going to be setup and backswing.
Do look over that false turn post. Look at some video of other players. I'd hone in on players that maybe dont take the biggest turn in the world but are really efficient. Rahm, Trevino. I really like Carl Petterson in that he slightly exaggerates a few things that would be helpful for you. More outside takeaway, more upright, really over the right hip without swaying. Not the strongest, most athletic, flexible guy, but gets in done efficiently.
Trevino and Petterson here maintain there tilt away from target. The load is really into the right hip. The left knee is forced in from the turn into the right. The front foot rolls over from the turn and getting weight into the right. They have no need to force a turn past parallel. The lower body is loaded and ready to unleash. Particularly with Trevino who really has that right hip back and leg straightened. Meanwhile, you have lost the tilt away from the target from the false turn. There is limited turn into your right hip. You are more just over your left hip. Impossible to have desired the leg action from there or you would buckle over. At the top you are basically stuck. You'd have to have a very athletic lower body move to try to recover. I don't see it happening. Until this is fixed, you will struggle with consistent contact.
The good news is, its a very common fault. A good coach could help you out. You have the ability to fix it yourself with some study and practice, but ultimately you just have to develop the feel for a proper loading.

And a Div 1 college player with pressure plates. I've heard 65/35 weight in the right heel vs the toe is average for PGA. He is close at 70/30. Point is, when the turn is deep into and over the right, the weight should be on the right side and mostly in the heel.

Nice. Some of your faults are relatively easy to fix, and you could make some rapid improvement. Sticking with Montes NTC would be a good thing. Work on the No Turn as much as the cast. Read his False Turn blog post as well. It's your backswing to a T. Your turn gets your into a tough spot, where all you can do is come down steep and early extend.
    https://rebelliongolf.com/false-turn-and-loss-of-tilt-in-the-backswing/
And something like a wall drill would help limit how inside you get and reinforce the NTC on the way down. Good for bad weather as well. I like to turn the club around so the handle is on the wall. Lots of slow motion reps.

I wear progressive lenses in my glasses, but for sporting use (golf, cycling, skiing, refereeing ice hockey) I wear single-vision distance contact lenses. I tried to play in my progressive glasses, and it was a disaster.
I usually don't play in sunglasses unless it's really bright or there's a lot of glare. When I do, it's the REKS golf lens, which is the best I've found (including some super-high-priced models).

I always had issues playing with glasses. I tried progressives and you really need to get the transition right. Meaning your head position at address working with the progression point on the lenses. My boss returned his glasses three times to get it right.
I gave up and went to contacts and eventually had Lasik eye surgery which lasted about 15 years. Then I had to go back to contacts for a touch more distance correction.
For sunglasses, I could never play with sunglasses on. Even golf specific ones.

Just for fun, I checked out the cast B drill and that looks like it's going to take a minute or thousand for me to get down. I'm not going to jump ahead, just like seeing what all the video entails to satisfy my curiosity.
I appreciate the advice and plan on working on the Backswing A drill for quite a while. I even messed around with it today leaving work with the umbrella I carried in. I wanted to work on setting the wrists in the proper position and worked on the feeling of getting to a flat lead wrist. It's definitely going to take a while to iron out all the bad things in my swing, as there are many. Right now it seems like:
Pros: I can make contact and advance the ball
Cons: everything else, but at least I can putt.
    Might have just jinxed myself.
