Turned out awesome! Paired with some skillet-fried tiny potatoes. Made some really simple chicken gyros/souvlaki. Easy, quick, light! Ate it with some cucumbers and tomatoes tossed in EVOO, S&P, and lemon juice. Wrapped in a pita with some garlic tzatziki.
