Just a typical Tuesday.. 

This is just with the rub before the smoker and final sear. 

Trying something a little different with the Sriracha powder on the long piece of the tri tip.

Trying something new tonight. Easy prep and hopefully the kids will like it (pray for me ). Stovetop beef and shells.

Garnished with "a punch" of Parmesan and a slice of pepperoni from last night's pizza.

One side got the garlic butter and parmesan treatment. The other side just the garlic butter. 

Both were divine!

Made sweet chili chicken over rice tonight for dinner. I used a prepared sauce called G. Hughes Sugar Free Sweet Chili sauce. It’s got a really good natural sweet flavor followed by some pretty good heat (but I don’t do really spicy stuff haha). Turned out great!

Haven’t seen much for breakfast on here so I thought I’d throw some on today! Not everyone’s cup of tea, but some avocado toast with an over easy egg, cheese and bacon. Side of fried potatoes (I take tator tots and heat them in a frying pan then smash them)

Yum!! I agree more bacon but I like the tots in the pan idea.  I’m gunna do that tomorrow morning!
