Can we get a little review? I’m due for new wedges and the 58 D is in my short list.

I’m waiting to hear more about the SM8s and to swing the glide 3.0 but other than that I’ve been fit for Vokeys and know a 54f and 58d could be in my future.

Say what you will but I believe Vokey took a step backwards with this years wedge designs.

 

The 7’s are one of the finest aesthetic in his portfolio and within the newer groove rules, play as well as anything.

 

Good looking pickup there@gswag have fun with ‘em

 

Plenty of season left as well as a MGS wedge test so who knows where the 8’s will shake out.

The review is extremely positive.  Best wedge I've ever owned honestly.  When you take out user error, the wedge performs better than any other 58 I've ever owned.  Just an outstanding golf club.

Ended up getting myself some SM7s in the limited Slate Blue finish. Can’t wait to get them out in the course!
