JUST ANNOUNCED: NEW PXG GEN6 DRIVERS, WOODS, HYBRIDS, & IRONS | NO PUTTS GIVEN 138

In this episode, Chris and Tony discuss the new PXG GEN6 line of drivers, woods, hybrids, and irons.

For drivers, we get two models–the O311 and XF. For now, there is no designated "low spin" model. Aluminum Vapor is gone from the crown, and PXG is pushing the moveable weights (3 in the standard model and 2 in the XF) toward the extreme perimeter of the body.

Now, on to the fairways and hybrids. We get the same two model designations as the drivers. The XF model is larger than the standard model and includes rail geometry on the sole–hopefully minimizing "fat" shots of the turf.

Last up are the P and XP irons. With a thinner face, we hope to see more ball speed produced with these two models.

PXG is having a demo day here on 4/8.  I've never tested any PXG products and plan to attend. Hopefully they'll have these .

I am very curious about the new PXG products. They look great from what I have been able to see or at least first impressions! Have some work to do and will throw this pod on to listen to.

Normally I can't stand the look of the PXG irons but there's something about this Gen6 lineup that I really dig.

I've never swung a PXG iron, I might have to give these a go

Agreed. Really never liked many of the PXG aesthetics prior to this but dang that looks nice.
