Golftech Skytrak Customer Support

Golftech customer support for Skytrak is non existent. I never get through calling, my chats and emails go unanswered for days. I got double charged for my subscription renewal so they owe me money and the subcription doesn't work. So far the only response are robo emails saying that they are "working on it". What the heck is going on over there?

Your guess would be as good as anyone else. Messaging through social channels sometimes works as well.

Yes worth a try.

Had a problem with an airline once and every single one of their supposed online help channels was a total fail! Called them out on Twitter/X and got a DM back pretty quickly....
