We don't have occasion to play in the rain much here in Az. Additionally, buy my grips from Callaway pre-owned cheap. There is a $9.95 shipping charge whether you buy 1 or say 40. So I buy 40. This means I can swap one out at anytime because I have plenty on hand. I have tried many other grips including Golf Pride but just like the Callaways better. Callaway is made by Lamkin. Sonny Beach
I prefer the MCC New Decade on everything but my putter. On the putters it's the standard Ping pistol grip and the standard Scotty pistol grip. However, last year I decided to switch things up and try out the Lamkin UTX cord grips. I have to say, the difference between the two is like night and day. The quality and feel of the UTX grip are simply out of this world. It's like having a new connection between my hands and the club, allowing for a much more comfortable and confident grip. The cord texture of the UTX grip also provides excellent traction, even in wet or humid conditions, which has improved my overall performance on the course. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to switch to the Lamkin UTX cord grips, and I highly recommend them to any golfer looking for an exceptional grip. Also blue is my favorite color so can't go wrong with that from Lamkin UTX Cord grips. Thank you. I too, have been a Golf Pride guy for several years, but a friend swears by the Lamkin UT cords. Before I purchased a few, I thought I would check with the forum and see what the consensus was. I've read a few endorsements of them so I will give them a try. I will likely start with my wedges and if I like them, move to the driver and irons. Thanks for the opinion. GolfSpy_APH
So I may be a full star grip convert. Despite the initial feel of them being a little more like the standard tour velvet they have great tact and grip. This was especially noticable when I was inside during a sim round and the place was hot. For those that haven't checked then out I would highly recommend they do! EMacK1961
Golf Pride Tour Wrap 2G 60R for all non-putter clubs. I like the tackiness of the grip. And for my putter, I like the Super Stroke Pistol Grip. I find that grip helps to set my wrists to a better position. TJ Hall 1 Quote "It's only rock and roll...but I like it." - Mick Jagger "It is not the will to win that matters-Everyone has that. Chris Keramidopulos
Hello group. I play 50-60 times a season and practice about the same. I've had the same grips for all my clubs for over 25 years. A quick scrub with soap or a very mild abrasive and they are like new(tacky). Tour Pride Reverse Tour Wrap. TJ Hall
