How do I adjust my optifit hosel to help me from hooking to the left.. I'm a right handed golf

Make sure it is in a non draw setting and also going down in loft will make it more fade bias. That said I have only ever found this to help a little, usually swing changes need to be done or looked at in order to truly fix the issue.

You might also try a larger grip, a Plus 4 or a midsize will slow down your hand rotation.

similar issue to what I have.  I come around the ball so hard (thanks years of baseball) that if I screw up it snap hooks.  I also uh hit up like 5-7* and was playing a 10.5* driver.  So I did a random free driver fitting to get these stats.  So fitter was like well.... lets just turn your stock driver down.  We went one notch down and it was good (9.75*).  Went to play test that and could still snap it pretty bad but much less often.

Took it down another notch.  Each notch on my driver is .75* of adjustment.  So now its a 9* driver...

But... it has the added benefit of opening my club face 3* as well.  Can I still overdraw it?  yes.  Is it now catastrophic?  much much less so.

arccos trend was pretty clear.  I rarely miss right.  This is last 100 shots per arccos for me.  Obviously only has maybe 18 in there of the hundred with my now adjusted driver.IMG_8551.jpeg.1526820fd702e15f51e5719d86a81b93.jpeg

here are the only two rounds I’ve played with it cranked all the way down to 9*.  Much improved.IMG_8553.jpeg.fef17f8c5da20746851d5651429f633a.jpeg
