Well the day started ok. Found the set of Irons I wanted; Nike SQ Sumo, and had a buddy call about heading to the course. But somewhere between the first Tee and the 4th hole my Eye Glasses decided to part ways with me. 3 runs back around the course and I am officially without glasses. Good news is after I have up the hunt I was hitting the ball better than I started. Lesson learned; put your glasses in a safe, secure spot if you're not wearing them.

Yeah my Main Pair.   It was kinda comical to be on the phone with the Eye Doctors getting a new appt set as I was getting ready to tee off.  Glad it was just a goof-day with a friend.   GOOD NEWS:  When I went back to the Country Club the next day they had my glasses, a little dirty, but no worse for wear!   I can see again!!!

I can't play in glasses.  I got a box of contacts just for playing golf.  Put them in before heading out the door .... take them out the minute I get home.

I wore contacts for years, before I had LASIK, but putting the in and taking them out really takes some getting used to. You have to REALLY want to do it!

I don't wear glasses playing golf. It is funny I need just enough glasses to pass the Federal DOT physical for my CDL license. I can pass the standard SC state eye exam without them but I do need readers to read with

I've never been able to wear contacts. Putting things in contact with my eyes Freaks me Out.

I am the same way I can not even stand eye drops in my eyes

My glasses are progressive transition lenses.  However, they are straight across and I can't putt with them.  So I got a pair of Wiley X prescription sunglasses.  They are curved and allow me to focus when i putt.  So now, I panic if I don't have them with me when I play....so much that I keep them in my golfbag.....They also have brown lenses which is great for the golf course.

had my first (and hopefully last) run in with an alligator on a golf course!  down in Beaufort, SC.  the green monster was guarding the green!
