revkev
Well given the title of the thread I'll take a stab and say wedges. I have to say that until the staff contest I played Ping wedges for 25 plus years. I loved them. If it weren't for SCOR I'd still be playing them. hckymeyer
I never really thought about the lengths companies go to to recreate course conditions on a non-course setting. That is a very cool picture! Kenny B
Wow! Ping is testing how clubs/balls react when hitting off my fairways. “We don’t stop playing the game because we get old; we get old because we stop playing the game.”

That is a very cool picture! Maybe I should send them some fescue and weeds from the rough on my course... Awesome pic but I was thinkin the same. Pat Perez was giving a short game lesson today as a feature during the RBC open telling how to play a dead hand wedge to get the ball up. I literally laughed out loud. My wedge would hit a chunk of crab grass right behind the near bare spot my ball sits around the green. Teach me how to hit those shots!! TWShoot67
Hey nice to hear from you. I hope all is well. Sorry Off this threads Topic: Revkev I've personally been dealing with some lower back and sciatica issues but that's really nothing now compared to what my Pop has been dealing with since beginning of June. My Pop has been diagnosed with Urethra cancer, he'd had 2 procedures and 1 major operation. Just found out two days ago he's Stage 3 and will start Chemo as soon as they can but he still has a stent in his Urethra so they say can't start Chemo until everything is healed from surgery and stent is removed, probably around end of August. Things have been very hectic and I'm trying to help my Mom and Pop as much as I can. It really hasn't been the best time for our family since my son's ordeal. I just hope my Pop can pull through but right now it's just been bad news and more of it each week. I'll try to stop in from time to time but golfs down the list of priorities although it's really my only outlet to try and put some of the bad news on the shelf for a couple hours a day. Sorry for the long post just really haven't talked to really too many people other then family. All we can do is hope/pray for the best and prepare for the worst. Life just sucks sometimes. I'll try to stop in and check things out here, Talk soon, tim The Bag: Right handed Cobra King FLYZ+ 10.5* w/ Aldila Rogue 125 R 44.5" Tour Issued TM M2 10.5 w/ Mitsubishi Tensi CK Pro Blue 60S Tour Issued TM M2 15* w/ GD Tour AD 7S 43" TM R7 17.5 HFS w/ Tour AD 7S Stiff 42" Cobra S3 Pro's 4-pw w/ Aldila RIP Tours SLT 115 Reg. 5i 38.5" Titleist Vokey Proto's 52*,54*,58* all TTDG S-400 TM TP5 X Scotty Cameron SSS Tiffany 009 350 34.5" or Bettinardi BB1 DASS Proto GHIN # 5144472
