PING G20 Irons - In For Review

These arrived in for review at the end of last week. With a little luck, we should be able to start testing (under the new system) by Friday of this week. Two of our core testers both had surgery within the last week, but I'm hopeful everyone will be back on their feet and ready to go.

 

The G Series iron has been for sometime now the signature iron in PINGs lineup. Sometimes lost in the buzz is the fact that these are still very much a game improvement iron. Soles are wide, and the toplines are thick. As you'll no doubt notice, offset is generous. Also noteworthy is that PING has elected to engineer their own shaft (CFS) for these. We'll have more details on the shaft when we publish the review.
