I don't have the time to go a range and tinker with an adjustable driver. Does any make a non adjustable driver?

Sure. Wilson, Cleveland, XXIO, Cobra and many others make non-adjustable drivers. Or better yet, get fit for a driver and have the fitter set it to the best setting for your swing, and don't touch it after that.

Or just buy an adjustable driver and leave it on the native loft that you think suits you.

This is the fallacy of an adjustable driver. They are intended to be set by a fitter as it allows them to fine tune a driver to your swing without the Ned to have Lots of combinations in inventory. Most players don’t have enough knowledge to make the adjustments themselves so leave the settings alone. If you don’t change the setting, you essentially have a non adjustable driver. There are some subtle differences but nothing a handicap golfer should worry about.
