I see the courses tab along the top. Seems to be un-used. How about a section where courses can be entered, and reviewed by certain members. I was looking at courses in my area, and almost all of them went from 1 or 2 recent reviews, on Google etc. and then go back 3-6 years. And on two of my local courses, that I have played 20+ times in the last 2 years, and know the staff, the reviews were to me clearly left by someone who was called out on something, and they took exception, and left a completely trashy review.

It would be nice to have a database of courses, where I can look at courses, even as simple as an hour away from me, and see if other spies have played it, and left a simple formatted review perhaps. Day, time, how long the round actually took( I have my watch which tracks, and write it on my card), and a course condition comment section and any other pertinent information. In the long run, perhaps course reviews by MGS, could become just as influential as, product reviews. Perhaps in the future, emails to the course, about MGS reviews, good & bad could make a difference.

Afterall as far as I can see, nothing else is being done by the "powers that be", to help the experience of the 49% of us, who play 90% of golf rounds.

Thanks for the response, so is the map thing also something that was delayed. I saw 2022 discussion about it, and course reviews, on hold/pending, a possibility at this point.

I like the idea. However, i dont see a 'courses' tab in the view from my laptop using chrome. Where might it be?

When the main page comes up, and you click on Forums... Once you are directed to Forums in the header at the top of the page. Small wording, MGS HQ, Testers Wanted, Forums, and then several others, and Courses is the last one. Maybe I need an update or something.

Post a picture and what OS, browser, and theme you are using. I have tried on multiple devices and I don’t see it.

I definitely need an update as the laptop i am using is windows 7!! . But in my defense the newer laptop that was running win10 at the time died. I had to go back to the previous laptop and gavent bothered to get anything newer.

What resolution are you using? When I see that menu my last item is my activity streams but I have 2 drop-down arrows, but can only click one. I did search the HTML but didn’t find “courses”. Might be something that manifests itself at a high resolution.
