    So, you carry 5 wedges?

Quite a bit yes. On my home course yes.

To get to 14 clubs I have to pick 2 out of 62, 2 iron, 3 wood, 5 wood. So course dependant.

At my home course I usually take 62, and wind dependant on the other as hole 1 is a pretty short par 4 if you go over lots of trees but only need about 235 carry. Easy 150 lay up. I always go for it and I'd say 5 wood is in my bag the most. 62 is in unless really windy at home.

  2. full swings no.  But on wedge matrix I choke down for all partial shots.  If I want carry 3 less yards I choke down more, for 3 yards more choke up.

So my 97 yard 50 degree shot is only to 10:00 keeping my arms stiffer than full shots.  It results in around 6000 spin instead of 10000.  I find approach shots much easier than in the past since incorporating this into my game.

  3. I had the Garmin s62, and used every round for a couple years.  Then it just stopped working.  I called Garmin, and unfortunately my warranty was up.  The Rep said send it back and they would send me a refurbished unit.  I was pretty pumped and happy about the great service.  Once the refurbished unit showed up, I used it for 2 rounds and it died.... same problem.

So without any tracking unit atm.  Unsure if I would go the Garmin route again as that was extremely expensive watch to last only 2 years.

  4. I have a GC2.  Probably best buy for the buck nowadays.

    -No subscription fees for GC2

-works with most to all software

    -great for sim golf

    -portable

-can buy replacement batteries, and replacement flash modules

I did upgrade from the original skytrak,  The difference was night and day, even though my skytrak was set up perfect and didn't have too much delay.

If I was to upgrade it would be to a Uneekor eye xo2 for an overhead unit, and club data

As a warning to others, some of the cheaper ones do not do well with simulation software, or the shortgame sucks, or no putting.  Do your research if you want to go the sim route.

  5. xbox for 14 years I think now.

Playstation remotes are for people with small hands.  Not sure if they smell like cabbage, lol.

In reality  it probably doesn't matter for me as I only play 2 games, and they are on both systems.

I just really wish for all games on both systems they allowed cross platform play.

  6. I've been doing Axius core for over a year.  Pretty sure it changed my life.  Core is key in golf, and I had no core strength before, lol.

I've always been active, but I'm 49 now and being active just isn't enough anymore.  I was starting to fatigue around the 14th hole, and lose focus.  And back pain was creeping up on me due to the soft core.

And let me state this; I hate working out!  Haven't lifted a weight since first week of university like 30 years ago, lol.

Axius core is a 30 minute workout 3 times a week, and has really strengthened my core and helped with flexibility.  Between lessons and this at the end of last golf season I was mid 170's ball speed with the driver.  A year before I was having trouble getting over 160 consistently.

All sessions are set up, then recorded and reviewed by a Titleist tpi strength coach, so all my workouts are custom for me, and focused on muscles and flexibility that will help specifically my golf game.  I've had a rotator cuff injury, and she's aware of that when setting up my workouts.

Never had abs before, maybe an ab haha.  Worth every penny in my opinion.
