I'm all in for trying to set something up down this way. Wilkshire was for sale and was almost lost to a conservatory...however the township blocked the sale and someone swooped in to buy it. Not as nice as Zoar right now.

Guys, any interest in coming to CIC this summer? I'm thinking early August, a Saturday or Sunday. .I'd also extend the invite to Michiganders as well.

Tony, thank you for the offer to bring us out again.  I am in for early August, that sounds great.  First weekend I have both the 7th and 8th open. 14 and 16 are going to regret what they did to my round last time.

Well that had to be quite a golf memory to know what #14 and #16 did to your round. If it makes you feel any better there are enough balls in the pond to be able to walk over it. Watching the guys play #14 at the Open Qualifier this year, I was thinking of setting up a golf ball booth at the tee box. 

Let's see what the other guys can do, but I'm up for either one of those days that weekend in August.

Note; For those that occasionally hook the ball - #7 the par 5 pond is in the process of being filled in.  and is currently a free drop if you get into that area.

Aug 6 is my wedding anniversary, so I'll need to be careful when I bring it up if that's the weekend.

Aug 8 is OSU summer session graduation, so that date is a no-go for me, otherwise I am very much interested in NOT having the worst round of the year on your course.

Hmm looks like that weekend will be out based on @MaxEntropyand @DiscipleofPenickpersonal commitments. How about Sunday Aug 14th or 21? It wouldn't be fun unless we can get the 'band' back together.

14th and 21st are Saturdays I can probably make the 14th/15th work. No go on the 21st

Ok how about Sunday August 15th. It's between anniversaries. The weekend before, Sunday 8th  works, however Saturday the 7th doesn't - it's our Ryder Cup, also Saturday the 14th is a no go for me.. Let me know if you're in and for which date.  I'd like to get a firm date on the books since our course has been getting a lot of play this year.

Let me check with the wife, I know we should be going to Maryland sometime in August, but I am not sure of the date yet. Otherwise I am game.
