Notifications not working?

Every time I try and look at my notification I get the spinny wheel and I can’t see them.

Anyone else having this problem?

It happens to me if I get an email notification and select read more. Then it goes to the Forum and some times works and sometimes not (spinning wheel).

I found it does not happen if I just go directly to the forum through your browser.

I also have the same problem with liking a post if I go through my email link. I’ll get a something went wrong. But the fix is the same. I just go through my browser then everything works.

Went directly from my browser and still happening.

I'll reach out to our dev and see if there is anything on their end they see that would be causing this.

Doesn’t work on my laptop computer either- it’s not just my phone. Very odd.

Same, Every time I attempt to view my notifications, I'm greeted with the spinning wheel icon, and I'm unable to see them. This problem is frustrating as I rely on notifications to stay updated on discussions and responses within the website.

Thanks for the feedback, I have had to click it a second time for it to pop up from time to time. That said we have also put a ticket in with Invision about this issue to see if they can do anything to speed things up for our membership.

Seems like occasionally the forum loads slowly and hasn’t completely loaded so when I click the notifications icon I get the spinning wheel.   I will reload the new posts or forum and it resolves the issue.  

I also occasionally get a page that says the forum is responding slowly and then the  page will reload and everything works fine.   

Also Sometimes when I go the first new post in a thread it doesn’t load and I have to refresh; this seems to be tied to the loading of the video ad that is either mid thread or pops out when you scroll past it.  
 

my guess would be less invision and more associated with something being loaded/connected to during the loading of ads.
