Whether it be with mannerisms or course layout or something else that just drives you nuts... What is it?

I'll start, mine is when people aren't ready to hit when it's their turn. I used to golf with one of my father-in-law's friends and every time it was his turn to hit, he would still be in the cart carrying on conversation, finishing a smoke, and just oblivious to everything else going on. Needless to say, I don't golf with him anymore.

That is exactly mine, "play ready golf".  I remember playing in a threesome and one guy brought is wife the ride with him (not playing).  The other guy in our group spent all the time flirting with her, and was never ready to play.

...I feel like MGS would have reported on a KS2 being on the USGA conforming list.

Anyone understand the point of the screws on the wings? I have a batwing style putter but its all one piece and I don't recall any having moveable wings.

The PXG Bat Attack putters had removable wings.  And they had different weights.

I mean they for sure make it a lot easier and almost add value because you feel like you can wear them in more situations than just the golf course

Yes, I don't wear them much for fear of wearing out the spikes, but just yesterday I wore some Adidas Code Chaos shoes.  I needed to go to the grocery store on the way home.  I did change shoes, just went to the store and then home.  BTW, the Adidas Code Chaos spikes wear very sell.  I have two pair, black and a white with blue pair.  the cleats look good as new and the traction is great.

Also the spike less may be more comfortable.  I try to walk as much as I can, and foot comfort is important.  And honestly it has been so long (maybe 10-12 years) since I've had a spiked shoe that I cant remember what is was like.

I might add that the quality of traction "in my opinion" varies by shoe/brand.  Right now I am happy with the 2 Code Chaos, a pair of Asics and a Pumas that are nice.  The traction is great and the shoes are comfortable.  But I had some Ecco's and I never liked the traction and really didn't find them to be very comfortable.  They were a disappointment.  I got them because they had GoreTex and a big discount, but didn't like them in the end.

After seeing all the positive comments about 14 way bags I went and took a look at a few (Ping, Titleist, and a couple of others). But what really surprised me is that at least for the 14 way bags I looked at the dividers were only 14 way at the top. Once you got past the holes the clubs were divided more like a five way bag.

Does a 14 way bag really help you keep clubs separate if the club shafts can overlap with each other? @buckpillar?

I forgot to add that I have looked at the current Titleist 14 way as well as the MaxFli 14 way and they both have separate full length dividers.

I have a Nike Air Hybrid 2, 14 way, and each slot has an individual divider that goes all the way down, until about 4-5 inches from the bottom.

I disagree regarding the need to have a remote. I have owned a Motocaddy M7 Remote battery powered cart for almost a year, and I only used the remote for about a month before putting the remote on a shelf in my garage and leaving it there. I found the remote to be far too sensitive and its use was just too distracting. Besides, if I tried to execute just a slight change in direction using the remote, the cart would always jerk and turn too abruptly.

I like the cart very much, just not the remote.

Sure, the Motocaddy M7 remote may not work very well, I have no experience with it.  But that is not true for all brands.  I have only used the The Club Booster V2 with my Clicgear 4 and front swivel kit.  The remote is not too sensitive, it is very smooth and with the gyro the cart tracks straight, up hill, down hill and side hill.  I can let it move out in front of me several or many feet.  I hate having to walk "under the cart with my hands on it".  As I said before, I have long legs and big feet! and I hate being "under the cart".  I use my remote 100% of the time, and practically cant use the cart without it (unless you use the TFS or Sidekick).  I don't have to keep pace with it, it can move out in front as much as it wants.  The wheels have 6 speeds and I can walk as fast or slow as I want.  I can send the cart ahead, I can move it behind me to take a shot and then let it catch up.   It simply works well.

I just joined a private club this year and plan to walk all my rounds. I currently have a bag boy nitron, but all this talk of electric push carts makes me want to upgrade and let my wife have the nitron.... 🤔

If you like Nitron features, consider adding a Club Booster V2.

Any decent options to GP MCC +4??

I don't know, when I do install the DTX Combo, I'll likely add some extra tape in the lower section.  But we'll see.  I understand that they are less taper like the MCC +4, but Im going by what I found on YouTube.

  9. I have used their putter grips in the past.  I blow on all my grips now, but only during this sale did I buy a set of black DTX Combo.  I may install them when the current MCC +4 wear out.

... So for me "best" would be any remote cart with a gyroscope. I would not buy one without it and would opt for a non remote. That said the biggest problem with the non remote is I can't keep my posture like I can walking erect with the remote and I tend to hunch with the non remote. At 6'1" the handles are usually too low.

Agreed, you need a gyro.  I use the Club Booster V2 and it has a gyro, and like you being close to the cart is a pain, I'm always stumbling to hit it when I walk behind it.  I have long legs and big feet, and they get in the way.  The Club Booster V2 tracks well with the gyro and swivel wheels on my Clicgear 4.

I refuse to play anything higher than 56º. I personally would rather open up my 56º to flop if I need height vs. trying to hit a 60º. IMO, a lot of amateurs make the mistake of thinking they need a 58º or 60º. And then are super uncomfortable actually hitting it because of the amount of loft.

Yes, agreed, that is my experience.  At some point I may bend the 53 back to the original 52 and stick with 44, 48, 52 & 56 (4 degree gaps).  But with my skill, 5 degree may be better.

I am surprised so many people ditched their 60 but to be fair, I do not have a 58. I have a 47, 52 and 60. I like the setup personally. The 60 is such a spoon, it has launched over more bunkers than I'd like to admit.

I just found that a 60 got me into more trouble than out of trouble, (carried a 60 for a long time).  I was more likely to make chunks and duffs with the 60.  And I really don't use the 58 all that much, but I feel more comfortable with it when I do.

  13. Just bought one of these and the base is wide and fairly sturdy.  It collapses small enough to fit in my bag and the remote uses a battery rather than rechargeable.  The

The one I had before collapsed smaller but the base was not very wide and the remote was rechargeable and was always discharged when I needed it.  I hate having to remember to recharge it (and in the end, it quite taking a charge).  You can always carry and extra battery or two.

  14. What ever you get, make sure it has a remote control and phone remote capability (in case you forget the remote).  I really enjoy being able to walk behind my cart and not having to guide it.

I have a Clicgear 4 with Club Booster V2.  I had the Clicgear before the Club Booster, so the Club Booster made since.

  15. My comment would be anything with Adidas Boost, but specifically the Adidas Ultra Boost

Edit: I am a big Asics running shoe fan and also have a pair of Asics Kayano Gel golf shoes and like as well.  Plus 2 pairs of code caos black and white/blue.   Finally a pair of Pumas that are not bad, but not as good as the Adidis and the Asics.  My wife thinks I have a golf shoe addiction.  I try to walk 2 9's a weeks and a 6 as well.
