HardcoreLooper
The shitty range I hit balls at last night has a shitty little nine hole par 3 course that's also lit up. I didn't play it (had to get home), but it got me thinking... why don't I play more night golf? I mean, threadbare mats and shaggy greens notwithstanding, it's golf. At 10:00 at night. How's that a bad thing? What's your take on golf under the lights? GolfJunkie302
Wish I had night golf in my area. It sounds like a blast! I think you should try it. An all-nighter perhaps. BigtazzGolf
I've never played at night for score only fun. It isn't often mind you. I think night golf is ranked right next to top golf. It's fun but you probably won't get much from it imo. Add lights to courses in the south and that's an open invite to the mosquitos and that ain't cool lol Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy Grip n Rip it Chicks dig the LONG ball In my staff bag King F7+ Mitsubishi Tensei CK Pro White 60 - Graphite Tour X-Stiff CBX 13.5 3 Wood Atomic Irons 4-AW (reviewing) CG16 Satin 52* 588 RTX 2.0 56* and 60* Sentio Sierra 101-M Putter Proud tester of the Tommy Armour ATOMIC Irons
russtopherb
Never played at night but I bet it would be fun. I love watching YouTube vids of night golf, seeing the complete ball flight is pretty neat. jb0330
It's preferred in some locations. I've played night golf in the middle east. It's not so hot at night, plus they light it in a way that tracking your ball is actually easier. I've only played a few par 3s in the states with lights and they use the minimum amount to just light the area. Tracking you ball was a nightmare. HardcoreLooper
I think back to then mid-aughts and made for TV stuff like the Battle at Bighorn and the Battle at the Bridges. It's got to be cost-prohibitive for a regular course to light up all 18, and you've got to staff the shop, but it would be so cool. Literally and figuratively. If they could make the numbers work, this would really increase access to golf. HardcoreLooper
we can play here on normal course in daylight up until about 11.30pm June/July- magical time to play. That sounds amazing. I've read about that, and I'd really love to try it sometime. If I can get my daughter to do that study-abroad program at St. Andrews... haleszarz
In fact, I have never heard of such a thing, but I can advise you to search on thegrommet.com and I think that this will help you. Today my long-awaited flashlight came, and I am very happy. For a long time I could not choose which one to buy for me, and I decided on a cool lantern. Recently, our dog ran away into the forest, and I immediately decided to go in search of our pet, although it was already dark. God, you should have seen the state my wife and daughter are in, and I decided that without Lucy, that's the name of our dog, I can't go back. As for evil, my lantern failed me, and a neighbor put this miracle of light aside for me. As a result, with the help of its power, lightness and convenience, I easily found our favorite. I recommend it!

If the golf course does not have good insurance coverage, I'd check my personal coverage before golf at night.
