Leather Bag in Need of Repairs

Recommended Posts

Anyone know where I might go to have an old leather bag repaired? It belonged to my grandfather and I'd like to have it restored along with some clubs I inherited as well. He passed in 2005 so replacing it with a better conditioned bag just won't quite do for what I have in mind.

I’d look for a shoe repair place in your area. They should be able to stitch heavier weight leather.

The problem might be finding a shoe repair shop.

Also look for a tack shop where they fix horse saddles and other leather goods, they should be able to help you.

Good luck and maybe show us a before and after of grandpa’s bag once you get it fixed.
