PUMA customer service

Just a quick  to PUMA customer service. I bought a pair of last years most wanted spikeless shoes (PUMA Grip Fusion) on Christmas day last year from Amazon. I played 3 or 4 rounds in March in Florida and didn't wear them again until about May this year. I've walked about a dozen or so rounds in them  When I got home from the course on Saturday I noticed that the sole and shoe are separating at the arch on the left shoe.

I looked at my Amazon order and their return period was only 1 month long so I rang PUMA yesterday and they got me to send them a pic of the shoe, the label on the tongue and a screenshot of my order from Amazon, which I did when I got home. Within about an hour I received an email back letting me know that they have organised a pair of replacements to be sent out via 2 day shipping.

Great customer service, which I appreciate.

I had that happen to me with a pair of their spikeless shoes a few years back. Bought from a golf course and started to peel during the first round. Gave them a call and they were top notch!

Update. When I pulled up to my driveway yesterday arvo, there was a FedEx van there delivering my replacement shoes. Just in time for my round this morning.
