Heavye1026
Just a quick little update from me. Haven't posted in a while. After taking the gummies at night daily for a little over a week, I can say I'm pretty sure it's helping me sleep better. I'd been on a long stretch of waking up a couple times a night going into this test. I didn't see the results right away, but I feel like over time using it (as well as the tincture) it built up in my system and the gummy at the end of the night gives it a little boost to a relaxing nights sleep. I can say I've gone from pretty skeptical about the gummies, to finally seeing some results from them that I'm happy with. Starting to organize my final review. Didn't think I'd have much material, but turns out, I have a good bit to share. Sounds interesting though. Will have to research more. I will absolutely preface my response by saying that I am not a medical expert in anyway whatsoever..... Generally speaking yes, but based on the little bit of research I've done there's a lot more nuance to that answer. There are 4 stages of sleep: 1) Awake, 2) Light Sleep, 3) REM, 4) SWS or Deep Sleep. REM is the state of sleep in which we typically have very vivid dreams, and is often accompanied by rapid eye movement (REM), increases in heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood pressure. It is also suggested that this is the portion of sleep when memories and learning are stored. Many people will lay motionless during this phase of sleep, but there are plenty of others who physically act out their dreams during REM which is not so great. Slow wave sleep (SWS), or deep sleep as it is more commonly referred, is the portion of sleep when we are hardest to wake and can become disoriented if suddenly awoken during this phase. SWS sleep is the physically restorative stage of sleep and can be accompanied by dreaming as well though not as intense as in REM. For those who exhibit the sleeping disorder associated with REM in which they physically act out their dreams, CBD can be beneficial as it may help them achieve a more peaceful sleep. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/247927#functions-of-rem-sleep https://www.sleepscore.com/cbd-and-sleep/ https://satimedusa.com/blogs/research/cbd-may-improve-quality-and-quantity-of-sleep https://www.whoop.com/thelocker/stages-of-sleep-cycles/ GolfSpy_SHARK, Heavye1026 and MattF 3 Quote Driver: ST190 9.5* Fujikura Atmos Blue 5S Fairway Wood: ST190 15* Fujikura Atmos Blue 6S Hybrid: CLK 17* Fujikura Speeder EVO HB Irons: J40 CB (3-PW) Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100 Wedges: Milled Grind 2 54* & 58* Dynamic Gold S200 Putter: Tri-Hot 5k Two 34" Bag: Players 5 Stand Bag Ball: Maxfli Tour

TxTwinDad+2
Been a bit since my last update but here we go. I have really enjoyed taking part in this testing the taste of the tincture and gummies are top notch!! I have the tincture everyday for 3 weeks now. Except for one day only because I needed to know if all of the positive feels were real. I went to sleep at my normal time 10:30 and woke up at 5:35. I normally take a 1/2 dosage in the morning and 1/2 on the way home. On this day I took none. I felt sluggish and unfocused all day and fell asleep on the couch about 7:45. Before actually going to bed I took a gummie and sleep was the same as days prior. My sleep has been amazing I definitely have more intense and memorable dreams. I guess after looking at previous comments that’s a result of my increased REM sleep. According to my data my REM sleep has increased 1:45avg. I mentioned to my wife I will likely continue to take CBD long after the testing. I haven’t felt this good in a long time and my need to drink alcohol in the the evenings has lessened. Golf related I still think it has helped at the early parts of the round. I’ve noticed that my HR has jumped at around the turn of my round. I’ve posted some of my best front nine scores but the back 9 haven’t been soo good. I feel the pressure of the front I think I may try a gummie close to the turn to see if it helps. The cream has been amazing I was working out and did something to my neck/shoulder area I applied the cream twice a day and was able to play the first day it happened. The cream helped rid the knot or kink in my neck within 3 days. PMookie
Curious if the cream is just the same as Bengay, Aspercreme, etc and is just a skin irritant? IcyHot and these other products don’t actually get any “medication” of any kind THROUGH the skin to muscles and joints. They just aggravate the skin, which cause irritation, then “heat” from the skin’s reaction to the irritant. There’s nothing actually getting through the skin to reduce swelling, provide analgesia, etc. GolfSpy_SHARK 1 Quote Driver: Ping G430 Max 9*, Ping Tour 70X Fairway: Ping G425 15*, Ping Tour 70X Hybrid: Ping G425 22*, Ping Tour 80X Irons: Ping i230 4-GW, TT DG X100 Wedges: SMS 50D/54V/58DModus 130 stiff, +1” Putter: EAS 1.0 Ball: Titleist 2023 AVX

I also can't vouch for the CBD that's added into the ESC because I can't physically notice a difference between the effect of the ESC and the ones you listed. golfish!
Another quick update. Played a practice round last Friday in preparation for my first ever friendly tournament. Play wise I shot a 101, consistent with my score since I got back to playing after the newborn. Took the oil around 9 and tee time was 1030. Played with 3 people I had never played with who are on my team in the tournament so I thought there might be some nervousness and jitters but none of that. Got off the tee great the whole round. Just around the greens and short game needed some tuning as before. Cut to Sunday night, I have a 3 day intensive training for work that starts at 0600 PST on Monday. I decide to take a full dose of the oil and a gummy before I go to bed as I am going to bed much earlier than usual and need a good nights sleep. I usually only take a half dose in the morning and a half dose at night on non golf days with a gummy every night. I slept like a toddler the whole night, probably fell asleep faster than my actual toddler who I have been putting to bed lately so the wife can take care of the newborn! So I have to say that it does help with sleep. tommc23, beelzeberto, MattF and 1 other 4 Quote Driver : SIM2 Max 9* MC Kuro Kago Silver 60 Stiff Woods : GS53 3 Wood 14* Mitsubish Tensei Blue 73g Regular Hybrids: 949X Project X HZRDUS RDX Black Irons : 699 Pro Black 5-AW 1* flat KBS Tour V 90 Stiff Shafts Wedges : 52, 56, 60 Putter : Spider Red Bag : lightweight cart bag | Dry Series Bag Ball : TP5 PIX (2019) | ProV1x (2021) Rangefinder : ULT-X Pushcart : M5 GPS DHC Electric Push Cart SoCal, USA Right handed HDCP 16.

golfish!
Quick update: I forgot to take the oil last 2 days due to just a hectic schedule. I noticed waking up with some soreness in my lower back on the left side with a sharp shooting pain going down towards the leg. It goes away as the day wears on but interesting that I notice it after 2 days of not taking the oil. I will take a full dose tonight (which for the record definitely helps with falling asleep quicker than usual with a more restful sleep) and then tomorrow morning before my practice round. Yah so it does help to cover up the aches and pains but seems you need to continue to use it while you work on the source of the pain. That is probably how we are meant to use it. golfish!
So played the round with a full dose of the oil and took a gummy which i normally only take at night. Could be that I didn't have to take my 3 year old with me to the round (100+ degrees today so prob not the best environment for her) but I shot the best round since I got back from the newborn so far. 91 which is about 10 strokes better than my last few rounds with 28 putts. I was getting off the tee much better and putting like a boss today. Short chips were on point and I even scored a sandy birdie from a greenside bunker on a par 4. Ball hit the top of the flagstick and rode the lightning down the pin into the hole. The captain of the other team for the tournament was in my foursome today and he said he thinks I will beat my match up for sure if I play like today! golfish!
1 day away from my first competitive (though friendly nothing at stake but bragging rights for a year) tournament. Upping the CBD dosages to ensure back or knee pain does not become an issue. Full dose last night, full dose this morning, with planned full dose tonight and tomorrow 1 hour before my round. Will update everyone on the results! Wish me luck and good ball striking lol tommc23 and MattF 2 Quote Driver : SIM2 Max 9* MC Kuro Kago Silver 60 Stiff Woods : GS53 3 Wood 14* Mitsubish Tensei Blue 73g Regular Hybrids: 949X Project X HZRDUS RDX Black Irons : 699 Pro Black 5-AW 1* flat KBS Tour V 90 Stiff Shafts Wedges : 52, 56, 60 Putter : Spider Red Bag : lightweight cart bag | Dry Series Bag Ball : TP5 PIX (2019) | ProV1x (2021) Rangefinder : ULT-X Pushcart : M5 GPS DHC Electric Push Cart SoCal, USA Right handed HDCP 16.
TxTwinDad+2
So I ran out of my full tincture earlier this week and had a tournament scheduled for Friday. I quickly put in another order of my own. However it didn’t arrive in time for the tournament. So I was left to rely on the gummies alone. I have to say there is no comparison between the 2. I’ve played some of my best golf, gotten some of my best grades on test since I started using the full tincture. The focus I have is like no other. And I missed that although my first whole jitters were gone yesterday. I still struggled to stay focused or in the moment. There were a couple of times my buddy said man what’s going on with you I haven’t seen you like this in awhile. That was in response to my oh here we go again comments after a couple of bad shots. Where as before I’d just brush it off because I knew I could it the shot I need I just didn’t that time. As far how my body reacted to the 3 days of not having the tincture. I felt a little more sluggish still slept good, but the sleep data shows less time in REM and Deep sleep over the 3 days even with me taking a gummie right before bed. Also want to mention the 2nd order was paid for by me not as part of the testing so if anyone is wondering how many of us will still use it after the testing I for one most definitely will. Oh and skittles flavor is slightly better than lemon lime neither is bad though!! golfish!
Ok so before I write up the full review just wanted to give a quick update on my tournament. I won the match 2up! Our team won overall but I was hitting some great clutch shots at the right moments today. Need 180 to get to the green on my 3rd shot after a lost tee shot? Perfect 4 hybrid shot to the green. Oh need 190 to the green on my second shot after a great tee shot? Again perfect 4 hybrid shot with a 2 putt for a clutch hole. The tincture for sure helped me to keep my cool during the game and it was quite an up and down match. My opponent was never more than 2 up the entire round until the end where I won 4 holes in a row! tommc23, MattF and TxTwinDad+2 3 Quote Driver : SIM2 Max 9* MC Kuro Kago Silver 60 Stiff Woods : GS53 3 Wood 14* Mitsubish Tensei Blue 73g Regular Hybrids: 949X Project X HZRDUS RDX Black Irons : 699 Pro Black 5-AW 1* flat KBS Tour V 90 Stiff Shafts Wedges : 52, 56, 60 Putter : Spider Red Bag : lightweight cart bag | Dry Series Bag Ball : TP5 PIX (2019) | ProV1x (2021) Rangefinder : ULT-X Pushcart : M5 GPS DHC Electric Push Cart SoCal, USA Right handed HDCP 16.
