Sounds like we're about the same.....except for that first part, LOL, I'll never mind my clubs going longer as long as they all do.

i have a CB1 with a Pro95 that was my gamer for over 2 years. I recently tried the wishon 949 with a speeder 952....this club is easier to hit off all lies...including bare ones. This is something that the CB1 was not good at IMO. The 949 is just as long, max COR.

 

The 949 is probably one of the most underrated fairway woods of all time. I broke three of them before Matt Mohi took some kind of device to one to find a thicker face that wouldn't crack. It was the best 3 wood I have played since the original S2H2 Callaway. Of course I sold it, I was always worried I would crack it again. The guy I sold it to still loves it and plays it to this day. ( I have a 118-122 driver SS ) so that is some of why I cracked them.

 

On a side note I still have my Nickent 4dx 3+ wood with an Axivcore black shaft I will put up against anything.
